I have ordered food from TJ's multiple times and each time there has been something wrong or disappointing with the food. I like to give places the benefit of the doubt but following tonight, I've had enough.
Firstly, they forgot a portion of chips that we ordered and the chips we did receive were hard and tasteless. They also forgot to put salad and sauce on my mum's kebab and the kebab itself was very small considering we ordered a large.
The fried chicken that they use is of very low quality with small bones and gristle making them difficult to eat and to actually taste the chicken.
The burger buns are very soggy from grease meaning that when you try to eat them they fall completely apart.
The pizza's are alright but unfortunately, not good enough to save it from a one star.

Ordered for the 1st time tonight and definitely will be the last. No only did the food take an hr and half to arrive but the chips tasted stale and cold, the 2 ribs hadnt been separated and were that dry and tough i had to literally saw through with a steak knife...the chicken was dry..and the hot wings were definitely not hot in any way..all in all a waste of money as all got thrown awayand will not order from them again.

Orderd food from here tonight. Food was delivered already cold, chicken was dry and chips were hard. Was not freshly cooked whatsoever. Will not be ordering food from here again.

I’d just like to say thanks again for last night. I ordered a TJ’s wrap my favourite and it was about 10:45pm and I hadn’t gotten anything, my app was saying it had been delivered so I called them, they said they struggled to find the place and are closing soon(11pm) so they had said they’d come back in 5 minutes if I could wait outside for them. I had gotten my order and they were very happy, as was I. Thanks again.

First time I ordered from here last night, good delivery time and the Fried Chicken, Hot Wings & Fries were absolutely delicious, will definitely order food from here again. I now need to try the Pizza and the Kebabs.
Ordered food again tonight 20/07/21, food again was fairly decent apart from the delivery driver trying to scam me out of my change of a £20 note.
Won't ever be using this company again after this disrespectful behaviour.

Absolutely disgusting. Chips, chicken, pizza, garlic bread, garlic mushrooms all tasted the same. All were rubber texture and cold considering the order turned up 45 minutes early. The corn on the cob was over £3 for 2 very small half cobs and was like rubber. I wouldn't feed this order to my dog. Poor chickens that have to die for this!

Their pizza is the best, always tastes amazing, always hot and fresh, also ordered a few sides in the past and they've also been amazing. 100% reccomend to anyone, especially if you're a cheese lover because they're never skimpy on the cheese 😍
