Pepper Pizza

Ordered via the Internet, delivery policy not clear on the website along with major spelling and grammatical errors.
Delivery timing fine, costly for two regular pizzas and two portions of chips which were dry, cold on arrival and like they had been around for a while.
Not considered a great takeaway option unfortunately after seeing all the positive reviewside and being my one night off cooking.
Should have cooked myself!

Have had many,many pizzas from here over the years. Always good with excellelent service. Unfortunately,recently,since covid lockdown the service is not nearly as good. Recently I have been left waiting on an open telephone line and forgotten about. I got fed up listening to the,not very busy, staff chating away. I hung up and tried again. At a push I got a verbal apology. Last time I used them I was told 30 to 45 minuet wait. No problem. We waited over an hour for the food to turn up. Not good when your hungry and have been told a waiting time. Again,no contact from them to explain the lateness or aplology. Just take the money, see ya. I wonder if it has changed owner recenlty?
The man I met who owned it,possibly previously, would not have let this happen.

Do not order from here. Waited over 2 hours for a delivery and they gave me the wrong order, called up to let them know and half an hour later they brought me my order and it turns out it was already delivered to another house and touched by another customer. Literally in the middle of a pandemic and they tried to give me food that someone else has had their hands on.

Told the lad to bring it back to the restaurant as I'm not accepting an order that somebody else has had, called up the restaurant to tell them I wasn't happy and the guy told me to "get off the phone, your wasting my time complaining, it just means your gunna wait longer for your food the more you keep me on the phone".

Couple of days away from a lockdown and with food hygiene practices like this, it's a wonder they're still open.

Really good pizzas, just the right balance with not too much cheese. Good prices, very tasty and probably the best pizzas in Corby.

Always used these up to today, 6th August.
They delivered the wrong pizza on a large £50 order.
They have refused to supply the correct product and have been extremely rude and not professional.
I suppose that’s the reason you go to larger companies. Shame I’d rather support local business.
Shame on you especially when you suggested you didn’t need the business and to go elsewhere

Shame to give 2 stars but waiting over 2 hours for a pizza on a weekday to a first time customer is unacceptable. Shame as the pizza was nice. Will not order from here again.

Supplied 24 extra large pizzas plus extras for our wedding guests. We all loved it. Great service, prompt delivery and they rang me before they left.

Have always gotten my pizzas from here but they seem to have gone downhill this past year, thought I'd give them another chance but the pizza base was stale and the garlic bread didn't taste right, try to speak to them on the phone but get hung up on.
