Pizza was very nice and staff was very friendly, cant ever give dominos 5 stars as the price isnt good for the value. So 4 stars is good as the food and staff was good, keep up the good work

I am still trying to get a refund for 17.99 for a pizza I never had.on 10/8/21i ordered a pizza for pick up which I duly cancelled because the member of staff was rude on the phone.a few days later I saw I had been charged. I called in to the store to get a refund and was told this could only be done by head office and I should email them.this I promptly did and after 3 emails and no money back I called head office.i was then told they couldn't refund me even tho they could see I did not receive the pizza.i was told to contact the store owner but they could not tell me who the store owner is so they would contact him for me and call me back when this was done.i received no call back and 24/8/21 I am still waiting for a refund.i have now contacted my bank and they have said that they will do a chargeback to get me my money. The service at Dominos is woeful to put it mildly but even worse the pathetic customer service goes right through to head office.All I can say is do not deal with a global franchise.stay with a local business there are plenty of good ones in this area who give good service better product and half the price of dominoes overpriced dross. I was ordering this for my mum and would never have ordered in the first place for myself. I have seen how bad they are in the USA they have not improved in years so do business with these cowboys at your peril.you will get bad service ,bad food and have to fight to get your money back even if u don't receive it

Puts too much sauce on and too much meat/pepperoni. It’s like a deep pan of toppings. It’s just too much ruins the pizza. Also asked for stuffed crust and didn’t come. Not the first time for this.

Absolutely disgraceful service. Ordered 2 large cheeseburger pizzas with extra cheese and meatballs. Came with barely any cheese, cold and no burger sauce. Didn’t realise straight away as sometimes they put the sauce into the cheese. Ate a couple of slices but then rang to complain to be told that there’s nothing they can do and that they would need the full pizza back before replacing it with a fresh one. Firstly, how do you forget the burger sauce when it’s in the name of the pizza and secondly, how can you take back the pizza? It’s not like you can reuse it and give it to someone else. I appreciate it’s a busy time but I’ve never heard of this policy from Dominos before. If we’ve ever had issues, they’ve been great to sort them. We’ve spent hundreds of pounds there but will not be using them again. Stay away!

I'd only recently started ordering from this place on the regular - but never again from this branch. I was trying to put in an online order and I had to call the store, and while the person who initially took my call was trying to help (they were courteous and green and you could tell they were young), they eventually passed me onto a colleague and as soon as they came on the phone, I was greeted with such discontent and anger...the tone was unreal, like I had offended them for just existing. I was pleasant, not even rude in the initial call - as we tried to navigate together on the issue at hand. I was immediately made to feel very uncomfortable - I kept my composure, even though I was taken aback...wasn't rude and decided not to order as I didn't want any 'extras' on my pizza that I didn't order. It is a shame because the food, although, pricey, is good and the delivery drivers are great, if I didn't have an issue, not having to call in, I would have been non the wiser and continued to order from them. However, I will order from other pizza joints from now on. Staff who do not possess people skills should not be on your front line or be in front facing customer role. The rating is reflective of the attitude of the staff member and not the food.

Pizza lovely, but late delivery meant pizzas were cold and no garlic and herb dip with gluten free pizza (for the second time). Ordered at 15:30 for delivery at 19:30. Did not go out for delivery until 19:40 and did not arrive until 20:10. Not sure why so late when definitely only 10 mins from my house.

Worst dominos I've had. For the price you pay it should be a treat- our food was hot but that was where the quality stopped. All of the food was soaked with condensation leaving pools of water on our pizzas and soggy chicken wings which are normally crispy and delicious. Our pizzas weren't even cut! Trying to pull them apart caused the wet cheese and toppings to slide off. The top pizza box was also squashed down. Luckily we got a good deal on the food but overall I'm disappointed. I will be ordering from the Haslingden branch in future and I suggest you do the same. The second star is purely for the delivery driver who was very polite.
