Domino's Pizza - Letchworth

Order vegetarian pizza, Dominos deliver a non veg pizza. You call back and they tell you they will deliver correct one in 20 minutes. You call again after 40 mins as pizza is not delivered as per promise. They tell you not to say anything and tell you that they are very busy. Rude manager was a treat to speak with. Rather than just saying we are sorry and politely try to correct the mistake, manager tells me to do whatever I want. People like these should not come near customer facing roles.

Had a pizza from here and it made me and my two colleagues very I'll.

I wrote to them to advise of the situation and got no reply!

I will now to trading standards as it's clear they dont want to deal with the situation.

The food was either not cooked or stored correctly. Maybe the premises are not clean to standard.

Avoid unless you want food poisoning...

Order a pizza tracking said out for delivery 25 minutes later still no pizza. Phoned guy said he had left 5 minutes ago. Pizza arrived just warm and also be turned on its side at some point. Wont be ordering pizza again. Service gone down hill.

Awful. Only ordered a cheese and tomato pizza and they couldn't even get that right. Upon collection I told the staff there was no cheese on parts of pizza. He couldn't care less and said that's just how they come out. Would be better off getting a pizza from Iceland. Hope the franchise owner takes note that the current staff are killing business. Avoid, I won't be using again

I’m happy with ordering online as that was easy and I had delivery so my food was still hot very impressive.however .quality check was not done and the margarita pizza had no base sauce the festive pizza is ok but would of been great if I had the cranberry sauce as advertised, I’m disappointed I was to ill to complain but you have lost a customer for life which is a shame.

Useless. Driver couldn’t even manager to deliver to my door and proceeded to throw half of it on the floor. Rude manager, items had to be collected and returned for refund. Nobody cleared the mess up. Completely ruined evening. Not even an apology or a refund! £33 for a big mess on the floor! Thanks Dominos.

Overpriced, underwhelming pizza. This place doesn't offer half the ingredients that some other Domino's do, or as many or as good deals. How can a pizza joint not have black olives or green chillies? There are several other excellent pizza delivery firms to choose from that deliver locally so unless you're extremely unadventurous and insist on the same boring pizza from the same awful place every time, why bother?

Always efficient, staff friendly, I just don’t like how expensive dominos has become, you used to get a large pizza meal deal for £18.99 not that long ago, which was expensive enough for a pizza, but now it’s just too expensive to consider.
