Domino's Pizza - Southampton - Hedge End

Great as always. Felt safe doing curb side pick up. Unusually, the pizza was a bit cold by the time I drove the 3 mins home, but nothing 30 seconds in the microwave could not fix and was not really an issue.

If I could rate this with no star I would. Saturday, 3rd. Five family members caught food poisoning from this branch after a telephone order. Only common factor this companies Pizza....avoid.

Best Domino's ever! I do live very close. If I order for delivery I have piping Hot pizza within 15-20mins 😋😋😋 Highly recommended!!

Ordered a meal deal including drink, side and pizza. When delivered, no drink!!! Delivery boy told me to phone domino's, guess what? Phone number doesn't work!!!

Order never arrived after 2 hours, managed to get through on the phone once and was told the usual “wait 15-20 minutes then call back”

Tried calling back after this time and no one picked up.

What’s more annoying is someone in a white scirocco (who was definitely domino’s) showed up in front of my house, waited in the car for 10 minutes then drive off!

Managed to get through on the phone an hour later, was given a refund but they refused to continue with the order as they were too busy.

Used alot over the years but the service has really taken a hit recently. I have had issues with the last 4 orders. From pizzas turning up looking like they been in a blender, to squashed boxes, pizza hanging out of box, pizzas not cut its really disappointing. How hard can it be to cut, box, close lid with all pizza inside box and deliver a pizza? Also now an expensive solution now for a family of 4 along with the quality issues, we will be thinking twice before ordering again!

Cheap deal on large collection pizza, ready really quickly in 15 minutes and friendly customer service in store with a happy new year wish.

Excellent service. Ordered a cheeseburger pizza which was presented to a high quality and tasted superb. Not sure what the last comment was about? Seems like people these days are not happy unless complaining?! But asolutely cannot fault the level of customer service and high standards and quality in pizza that was cooked. Pizza was presentef to a high standard and boxed appropriately. Staff appeared to work effectively as a team to deliver excellent quality food to a high standard. Also good infection control policy is evident. Will definitely be ordering from here more often. Great value for money. Was served by Miriam who was effective team player in multitasking (taking orders over the phone; whilst serving us as well provided excellent customer service skills along with her team.
