Italiano Pizza

It's good value for your money. However, service quality is a lottery. I've ordered several times in the past, it was good service sometimes and regular service other times. However, last time, staff was very rude at the phone. I placed the order, 30 minutes later it hadn't arrived yet. I called the restaurant, the guy literally said "I said between 15 and 45 minutes, you have a clock on your phone, you can check how many minutes it has been since then."
The place is not for eat-ins, only takeaways. Food is good, if you want to have a feast with their deals. Otherwise, I'd suggest other pizza restaurants.

Lovely pizza ! Their new staff is amazing, polite , Kind and their customer service is great , pizzas are the best in town no one can do compete with Italiano in pizza ! I order twice a week from them .

AVOID!!!!!!!! Ordered a pizza from them through the deliveroo app. Waited 2 hours and got a message saying my food had been delivered... Yet my order didn't arrive.. I called the restaurant and there was no reply. Deliveroo failed to get me a refund due to the restaurant saying to them that they had in fact delivered my food!? I paid £24 to get ripped off! No refund or any compensation.. What a bunch of con merchants!!

Great pizza with variety of toppings and styles, service is excellent , always deliver on time , simply loved it 😋

I regularly order pizza from these guys at least once a month for over a year and a half now. The food is fabulous full of flavour and they don't skimp on the toppings as for those 18" pizzas those bad boys are daunting but easily feed 2 of you. The food always turns up HOT and ready to eat, my only gripe is having to pay extra for them to deliver to coxheath. I Need to update this sadly tge services has gone down Hill the delivery can take an hour and a half now the food is still good but its better if you collect

They accept your order, say it’s on its way, make you wait. THEN DONT TURN UP. Now they won’t answer their phone.

What the hell is going on?! How are these people still in business.

The guy taking orders on the counter thinks he's clever / funny memorizing your order, but then you get the wrong order twice in a row. JUST WRITE IT DOWN. It's not complicated, Will have to try elsewhere now.
