Pizza Hut Delivery

Still waiting for a full refund for an order that came and was completely wrong due to the store 'not having what I asked for'. It has been 7 working days and still no refund. I have been fobbed off and told to wait another day!!

Online order had a small error and realising almost instantly after placing it I called the branch 17 times with no answer….
ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING

So I will have to Chuck away food that quite likely could’ve not gone in the their ovens. Wasn’t worried overly about getting a refund. It’s the food waste being prevented.

The service is getting worser day by day. Must be a careless franchise owner or Pizza Hut is going downhill in the red by looks of it…

When i oeder,they supply with polythene piece. Be careful when children eating.

Ordered x2 pizzas and they came on time and hot! Delivery driver Gaurav was a star 🌟 Super friendly and found my address with ease. Unlike other takeaway drivers. Thanks 😊

Ordered a vegetarian pizza and got a piece of HAM
on it !!!! Disgusting
Have emailed them so waiting to hear what excuse they will come up with

Poor service. Lady in blue top least interested in serving. Ran out of green chili,,,fine.... but be helpful. They don't accept cash....
And finally did not give card receipt, receipt printer not working. The lady in blue top didn't bother informing.
Another ... topper, person preparing my veggie pizza didn't bother washing her hand after making ham pizza for my veggie pizza... sorry state...

Ordered from Bushey heath, food came in about 35 minutes was hot and fresh, somehow about 30 minutes faster than Domino's in Bushey heath delivered previously

Worst Pizza hut ever.. avoid at all costs. Stuffed crust took up about half the pizza, really thick in some places and some areas even missing toppings
