Chicago pizza & Kebab Worcester

Absolutely appalling service .... ordered through uber eats was expecting my food between 21.55 and 22.15
From 22.20 to 00.15 i continued to try contact the shop for an update on my food and no answer what so ever, my food never arrived and i had to rapidly order from somewhere else ......... my experience should warn anyone reading dont chance it order from somewhere else.
As it turns out they cannot even blame uber because use there own delivery deivers

This shop is an eyesore covered in ugly flashing coloured lights that are left on all night in order to try to monopolise your attention. It is also open till 3AM every night - I wonder if it actually got permission from the council for this policy, which attracts yobs and thugs from the equally awful pub opposite the road. I suspect it didn't.

Staff are rude, unkempt and appear to have bad hygiene, the food tastes like it's been left to fester at room temperature for several days and is always late. I'd never shop in this awful place.

Excellent food and speedy delivery. The pizzas are very tasty and so is the chicken burger. Good prices too

Ordered at 1930 today, still waiting.....had a text to say its on its way an hour ago. Cannot get through on phone. Pretty rubbish to be honest, our first and last order.

Absolutely shocking place! I am most definitely not one to complain, trust me I’ve eaten some weird stuff.

But this place turned up 2.5hrs after me ordering it. It was freezing cold to the point the Donna meat dried up and froze into position. Absolute hot bed for bacteria.

Absolutely shocking service, shocking food. And massive weight times.

I want my money back immediately.

Amazing food! A very poorly dad in hospital the last few weeks and there are late nights!only place to stay open so late so convenient!
