POOR quality, it was the worst food I’ve eaten so far. DISAPPOINTED… meat was unknown and couldn’t chewable, doner was like plastic. Shameful. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 Not Recommended

Ordered food around 7 pm around, an hour later still no food arrived, no tracking so couldn’t see where my food was. Call restaurant multiple times driver supposedly on his way, I live 10 minutes away from restaurant. I was unable to order from somewhere else as I would have to cancel but would lose my refund. I call the restaurant again and they are now not picking up my calls. I decide to call off my sisters phone they answer straight. The guy was unaware that I was the same person until I said my postcode and then locked me off. So it’s 9 pm, 1hr 1/2 after my food was suppose to arrive, I’m still unable to cancel and I was on the phone making a complaint. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN!!! They just want to take your money and force Deliveroo customers to cancel. Clearly they have no morals or respect.

It’s been two hours since my food was supposed to arrive. The restaurant are blocking my calls. When they did answer, they told me it would be 5 minutes for about 50 minutes. Then when I contacted deliveroo’s live chat and customer service contacted the restaurant, at which point they told them the same spiel before quickly changing the status of my order to “delivered”. When customer service contacted them again, they lied and said the food had been delivered. When I called the restaurant not 5 minutes later, they told me that the food would be there soon. That they had to make another order so a different customer wouldn’t “complain like me” then hung up on me. They’re now closed, I haven’t eaten a thing and I have work in the morning. It’s already 3 in the morning so no time to cook. Either the driver has taken the order or this restaurant is scamming customers.

The food is usually pretty good, as is the delivery time, but they don't read the delivery notes, so I received mayo in everything, no diet drinks (asked for diet coke for all meals) and when I queried this over the phone they cut the line abruptly, clearly annoyed that I'd had the audacity to complain. This was quite frankly shocking and I have been a regular customer for a while. No longer, unfortunately.

This place is brilliant. The food is so good, and the standard of customer service is unmatched. Beware the box deals - you'll be coming back for more.

I Can't give zero stars Ordered kebab and chips on the side through just eat never arrived, never picked up the phone. All in all useless don't waste you time. I'm not the only person who left a bad review about the same thing today or this week, these guys are thieves don't order take a way from them.

This restaurant STEALS your money! AVOID!!!!! We never received our order through Deliveroo. I stayed up for hours waiting for it and it was never delivered. The restaurant lied to Deliveroo and told them they delivered it to me but they didn't! Deliveroo is refusing to refund me and when I phoned the restaurant they were incredibly rude and hung up on me. I will be reporting this to Trading Standards. Disgusting.

Absolutely fantastic. Great service from a gentleman called syed. Gave me a position of chips for free. Very clean kitchen. Food is great. Down here for work and definitely will be coming back.
