Pizza Time

As soon as I walked in the staff welcomed me with a warm hello, I then sat down and started to look at the menu, i chose my order...after about 10-15 minutes my food was ready, my food wasn't cold it was nice and warm....i then got home and took out my pizza, fries and chicken.... the pizza was nicely made and had a crunch to it...the fries weren't soggy they were nicely cooked, moving on the the chicken, the chicken had a nice crisp concept to it and it was done properly inside. My experience here was good i definitely recommend this food shop!

Same price as the pizza we normally get in Melton mowbry and got food poisoning. No hygiene in that place. Prawns way undercooked and nothing seems fresh. Not to mention the rude staff talking about me behind my back!

Loved this pizza shop was the best around for the past 20yrs had little problems not like the one this evening!! Ordered big order for my mums birthday they got it wrong when we phoned to complain was called a lot of names and totally out of order, when asked to talk to manager was told they don't want to talk to me!! I went into the shop to be harassed by drunken men who were actually the ones who was allowed to answer my call and all had a big laugh!! Still didn't bring the rest of my order and no refund!! The manager did come out and chat with us but the damage is done will never order with them again!! Order at least weekly big mistake on there behalf for letting customers answer there phone and bully customers in there shop when there drunk!!!

They accidentally misheard at older and gave us the wrong pizza then we called them back and they give us the good pizza which we wanted and they gave us an extra freebie on top which I think it's really nice and very kind so I know they really nice pizza rated 5 out of 5 Stars recommended to buy pizza from here

The food is hit and miss. Im a customer of 5+ years ive had fantastic pizza's and not so fantastic. But staff are brilliant 👏.

My son ordered from here, he ordered at about 7.50, he called them twice to ask when it was coming he was told on both times it was on its way, after 1 and half hours I called them to find out where the pizza and other things were as he was told twice that the order was on it’s way, it turned out that it wasn’t ready and be with him in 10 minutes, it turned up 15 minutes! II find waiting 2 hours for a pizza delivery totally unacceptable and told my son not to use them again.
A note to the manager/owner don’t take ant orders if you cannot fulfill in a timely manner and don’t lie to teenagers, all you’ll get is a bad reputation for bad customer service.

Always hot, tasty and can’t be beaten by any other pizza shop around here. The staff are friendly and always remember you which is a lovely addition to great food!

I ordered a pizza and prawns they were hard and chewy like a week old and my pizza had a human hair on it we spent £30 and it went in the bin never ordering again from there
