Fat Pizza Walthamstow

Ordered thin crust with pineapple. The pizza came with thick crust and no pineapples. I called the shop and the manager kept insisting that there was pineapple on my pizza when there was not. and they blocked my number. the blue circles are supposed to be pineapples.

The pizza was delivered squash after being delivered 30 mins late, called them about it and they offered a new one. after 2 hours the pizza is still not here so I called them again to realise they didn't put it in the system. they offered to give me 6 free wings as an apology but never arrived home I told the delivery man to get the old pizza because that's what they said but he refused. so I called them again to ask about the wings and said that they delivered it with the new pizza which isn't true and they said that the driver told them that we have finished the pizza which is a lie so they wont be sending the wings out.

I’ve been catfished on this one!

Description says:

“Our 8oz gourmet burger steak with Fresh Sauted Mushrooms, a hint of garlic butter, melted real mature cheddar and topped with garlic mushrooms coated in breadcrumbs and dressed with crispy lettuce, tomatoes and then drizzled with our unique garlic and herb sauce”.

Just look at the state of it!

We were ordering here regularly during lockdown and thought we had found a gem. Good pizza, XXL size available, delivered quickly (through JustEat). Tried to order directly (to use a coupon sent by text) but the website gives an error when I try to pay. Says to call the restaurant and quote the error number. I tried, but the lady didn’t care or want to help. Tried to order by phone but wouldn’t accept the coupon. Ended up ordering through JustEat but then discovered it is way more expensive. Took forever for delivery. Tried again this week and had the same thing - website won’t process the card, ordered direct and paid cash, said 40 mins, but pizza arrived (cold) 1.5 hours later. Quality has significantly declined. Don’t know what happened but we won’t be ordering again, especially when management doesn’t give a toss if you’re happy - no offers, no vouchers, nothing to make up for a terrible experience.

I ordered food before 4am, with their closing time being 4:30. The delivery estimate was 3:50-4:10, it's now 04:50 and my order still hasn't arrived. I've called numerous times, most of which were vastly before closing time but to no avail. Not even a phone call from the delivery driver.

Didn't read reviews before hand, looked nice on the outside! Not great pizza.

We waited over an hour for it to come, and the delivery driver didn't give us the whole order, we had to tell him there was more to get from his car.
It arrived cold.
The create your own vegan pizza was a disgrace.
The sauce was only a tiny stain on the pizza, the crusts was as hard as a cracker and tasteless. We could only take one bite because it was impossible to chew.
Added pineapples and there was only a couple of tiny pieces.
Its hard to believe that a restaurant can actually send this to a customer and think it's ok. See photos

The pizza when it arrives is actually very nice however they are seriously lacking in customer service. Rude delivery driver who consistently hangs up. After phoning 3 times to confirm my address, which was correct on the order in the first place and I had called the restaurant to make sure there hadn't been a mistake, the driver gave up as he was completely in the wrong area and returned the order to the restaurant. The restaurant then called me to find out "what I had changed my address to" as that was the reason the driver had given for returning. Benefit of the doubt I regave my same address that had been on the original order, confirmed 3 times to the driver and verified over the phone to the restaurant. They confirmed they would redo the order and send out right now ... 70 minutes after that phone call (2.5 hours over all) the food is still not here.
Update: food arrived approximately 90 minutes after the restaurant called to say they were resending. We received completely the wrong order and the pizzas were soggy. Will not be ordering again.
