Domino's Pizza - London - Winchmore Hill

Excellent excellent in every way I miss this shop so much dominoes now put me with Edmonton Green Pizza Delivery now Because of my postcode ...

Unlike Edmonton Green pizza took 1 hour and a half to show up..
I said to the pizza delivery man, this pizza is Cold! And I mean cold your could see where the cheese had gone hard..
then Unbelievable he put his really dirty fingernails and dirty HANDS on my bbq cheese and chicken pizza and said ha its Ok still a little warm!
I said you just put your dirty hands on top of my pizza
No no seeing if your pizza warm..
I said you actually put your hand into the pizza..
He said yes of course I need to find out if it's warm for you..
(Like I'm the crazy one)
I said look I don't won't this pizza now ...
but the pizza delivery man look at my strangely as he could not see any harm in doing that..
He said take pizza now please..

I said to him I don't won't the pizza it's cold and dirty no thank you..
He said you must take the pizza you have to take it and you have to Pay for it because your my last customer..
I said I don't have to pay for it..
Eventually I ended up closing the door on him and he even try to stop me closing my own front door but I over powered him,
He kept on knocking really loudly and banging at my door and saying money money THIS your pizza I phone the police if you not pay for the pizza.
And all this 11pm at night ..
I phoned dominoes and Eventually they phoned him on his mobile to stop knocking on my door..
never going to use them again..
Third rate ...

I Ordered two pizzas. They came warm and already gummy (this happened already a few times in the past). So, I then called to explain the situation which was acknowledged etc. I was told I I will be sent two fresh pizzas so all good. One hour later I had to remind them the pizzas haven't come yet. At the first attempt it took 25minutes in total and now? When I called again, a guy on the phone again confirmed my address and said the pizzas will be coming shortly. Really? Is this so hard to remember you just messed up and that it is your priority to resolve outstanding orders first? And to send the pizzas asap? You know to make up for the fact someone already paid and doesn't have the product 2hours after the original order time...and still waiting. A bunch of unprofessional "yeah cool" dudes.

Delivery was running late so called the store. Finally arrived but with wrong ingredients on one pizza. I checked the label which was correct. How hard is it to place 4 correct ingredients?

I always get excellent service from the Winchmore Hill branch. The pizzas arrive warmed through and well made. The delivery guy with the beard or moustache (and I think he wears glasses too) always offers service with a smile. I usually order food between the 12pm - 3pm and they've always been great.

My local dominos. I have never been disappointed, however just a very small but not so significant improvement I would suggest, is to ensure the correct sauces are put into the wings and pizza boxes.

The food always perfect here but I find the app says the food is ready but when you get to the shop you have to wait a further 5 minutes or more. This might be a technical issue woth the app.
