Pizza Go Go

Delicious pizzas and much more, also very friendly stuff. I know this place for 14 years and always ordering pizza from them only 😉👍 Many thanx guys for making us happy 😁

Absolutely atrocious customer service. This was my first experience of this branch. I called for the first time to make an order. I wasn’t sure what toppings would be on the pizza and after I asked, I was told that he was really busy (to tell me the toppings of the pizza I am ordering!) and the phone conversation cut short. I was shocked! I called back to speak to the manager and the person who took my order answered that he was the manager and that he was really busy and that him being rude to me was because I asked him the question of what toppings would be on the pizza! I just asked him to cancel the order. He did not apologise and instead he hung up the phone. So appalling! I then came onto google and saw the other reviews. Absolutely shocked! What a joke of a pizza place!

Ordered through uber eats paid for sauce did not receive cannot eat pizza. I called pizza go go they said they gave to driver but took pizza from him and no sauce was there. Husband ate half I was not in mood to eat it.

I have been eating Pizza Gogo for years from different branches and I can say most of the time service and food was good. But the staff behind the till in Tolworth branch are so ignorant and their behaviour is very rude. They have no customer service. In fact they don't care about customer service as the people working behind the till are full of arrogance. They bluntly deny to listen to ones rightful concern or request.

Disgusting people working here and really bad customer service I was trying to order something over the phone and the person on the other line didn’t let me finish talking and let me finish ordering my food he straight said ok bye. NEVER ORDER FROM THIS PIZZA PLACE DISGRACE TO THE PIZZA INDUSTRY!! Deserve to be shut down asap.

Been there couple of times. Customer service is good. Usually pizza was tasty. Chicken strips as a side are fine. I did not enjoy the chicken wings neither bbq ones.

Didn’t want to do this but I had to give this poor review. My pizza came like this in the photo below. I phoned the restaurant and whoever was working behind the till was very rude and adamant that the pizza was fine and was behaving like I made something up. Extremely poor customer service from that employee and I’ve dealt with them before and they gave poor service then as well. I don’t know why they hire such rude staff members. I usually order pizza from here but never again after the dismal service tonight and lack of accountability.
