Taste quite nice. Prices good but helps when you get the pizza you paid for. One was right, the other was some random pizza that wasn't what we ordered.

Absolutely appalling customer service! Food took 2 hours to come sent wrong pizza, called to say and got abuse from the staff and refused to change. Absolutely disgusting customer service.

Really gone downhill. Dough doesn't taste nice anymore. Topping quality has gone down. Last few times has been like this. Use to be really good here.
Increase prices and decreased quality is not a good combination.

Firstly the Ali G clone who took my order kept putting me on hold for 2 minutes and still couldn't get the order right.
Secondly, the food arrived 2 hours late and there was not even an offer of a free pizza to make up for their incompetance.
Steer clear of these amateurs.

manager was so rude. we were allowed to stand and look at the menu and then very rudely told to leave the shop by the manager when trying to place an order. a lovely lady working came and apologised for his behaviour. in shock as we have ordered from here many times before and the service has been fine. we were even told to go next door to another shop

The first 2 pizzas we had were delicious. That was in 2021. Then came Sat 12th Feb 2022 when our pizza took 95 minutes rather than the 40 minutes quoted. A staff member hung up on me when I called to question whether they were in difficulties finding my address. What then turned up was disappointing. Maybe because it had the thinnest layer of mozzarella I had seen on a pizza. Perhaps also due to the fact we had to re-heat it as it was barely warm. It was the driest flavourless therefore worst pizza we have ever had. In fact so bad I am scared of giving them another try. Sorry Farmhouse. Have a chat with your pizza chef.
