Domino's Pizza - Rugby

Nice pizzas and the garlic bread is nice. Customer service in store is a little bit rubbish but I order online usually so it's not an issue. Delivery drivers are very friendly and usually arrive promptly, they always want a tip but I never give one. They seem to struggle with the concept of extra cheese, I've put a photo of a pizza I had that should of had extra cheese but there are patches without any cheese, I think it's a dominos problem as I have this issue with all of the ones I've tried except the Amsterdam store in the red light district.

Recently I've had two orders from this store and both times the pizzas were very good and exactly what I ordered, plenty of cheese on the pizzas and the garlic bread was great. Hopefully this will be a recurring event on futures, thanks people at domino's.

Usually alright, a long wait most of the time. Today ordered one thing, said delivered on tracker when wasn't, phoned and said it was going to be there in 5-10 minutes, then got something completely different. Expected better for the high price.

Absolutely waste of time please do not order from this branch the web site said the pizza was delivered but when I rang them it had not left there called but they don't answer the phone took more than 2 hours its a complete waste of time and money

Took over an hour for two medium pizzas to be delivered absolutely ridiculous

My son 8 years old he want to order pizza yesterday he spoke to the guy who was on till (cash point) he was Asian man but he keep ignoring him

He was waiting over 10 minutes no one want to take his order
Even was only my son waiting no other customer

Usually very tasty pizzas from Domino, but this particular branch is particularly slow. Had a medium pizza the other night. Went straight there no apps or ordering earlier. From me paying to having a medium pizza in my hand it took 37 minutes and 18 seconds… needless to say the place was empty (Sunday evening) they only had another order on the screen. Plenty of people doing nothing in the back of the kitchen and only one person at the till and answering the phones. If you are unlucky to be there waiting for the person to take orders on the phone you are in for a long wait. The person “checking” the pizzas asked me what was my name and checked against the ready ones BUT did not take it and hand it to me, he preferred to go back to speak to his mates doing nothing. Had to wait for the poor multi tasking person at the phones to finish and they I got my pizza. I would go to the other one near Elliot’s Field if you are in a hurry.

Experience with our delivered orders has been surprising.

Overall respectable outcome but a little conservative in explaining the delay in my delivery. I know it is down to the location of my front door. However claiming that the pizza was slow in preparation (contrary to the online tracker) was a bit painful...
