We have ordered over the phone from here as the online ordering does not recognise our address as where our house is is 30 yards from what the map says, I called this evening to be told they cannot take orders over the phone? Odd? I am told to order online and put a different postcode, however it did not again register so I made a 3rd call to the store, only to be told by some gormless girl “ the answer is the same order on line, we have been regular customers of this branch and they have my number on file and linked to my address. I am VERY VERY VERY disappointed in their response so have ordered from Pizza Hut who seem to be more organised and way way more helpful. If this is what they call customer service god help us all!!!!!

We waited an hour and a half for our food. We called after an hour and they said it was out for delivery. Another half hour, I called again. They again said they could assure me it was out for delivery. Which I live a 5 mins drive away! When it arrived everything was cold.. very frustrating to finally eat and it not be enjoyable, cold chicken, cold pizza.

They never answer the phone. Many times tried to order over the phone and they don't pick up. Can't order online as they don't accept address (longhedge)

Only rating 4 stars due to the very rare occurrence of them actually getting my order right and delivering quickly. On this occasion they've been very good and got food to my front door within 20 minutes of paying. Can't complain as food was still boiling hot.

No food after a hour to phone to say hes looking at it and it will be another 90 mins until i get it. Absolute joke so lost 50 quid as matthew just told me 'well come get it' NEVER GOING BACK

We have stopped using dominos now as there so tight with toppings it's not worth ordering and there's so much of that gritty stuff on the base its a shame ans I prefer there topping quality over pizza huts but there's never enough toppings on the pizza
