Rocket Pizza

Ordered online for the first time. Advertising an offer of free side if you order over £20. Processed the order online and when they delivered they came with no free side order.
Questioned it and was told I didn't qualify as I'd ordered 2 for £17 pizza. My total order was £22.

Poor customer service when questioned.
Web site menu still says coleslaw in the 'all for one' deal, but delivered choc fudge cake 3 times.
when questioned response was "we don't do colesalaw"
Delivered sticky toffee pudding instead of Tennessee toffee pie .
Tried again tonight website doesn't connect to shop, price given on phoning £15. Even including the service charge the website was stating £14.45, when queried staff member's English suddenly deteriorated and "manager says £15" just repeated. And no banoffee pie.
Do NOT order from these cowboys!
If possible to give less than 1 star I would.

My wings came raw and pizza was mushy I called the place and the guy started blaming me and said the pizza comes frozen they put it in the oven for 10min then when I said it’s a health and safety hazard he started swearing at me. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. Chicken is raw my children under 10 we’re eating them and the manager said it’s okay. Horrendous.

Just ordered 2 pizzas, instead of large it was small. The pizza doesn't even look right and a waste of £28. I reckon these are bunch of organised criminals running this shop with the rude customer service once questioned upon. Absolutely disappointed.

I bought spaghetti Bolognese and pizza with spinach tonight! The food is excellent! Well cooked, great flavor, the ingredients used are of good quality! Highly recommended! My congratulations with applause to the Chef ! Well done!

As others have said, they charge more than what they're supposed to! On their website and ubereats it says a 2's Special is £16.90 but when ordered on the phone they bumped it to £18.90 for a total of three times! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE!

The pizza are so small even for a large.

Another pizza place that has shop bought breaded chicken which they seem to fry beforehand and store I the freezer, then microwave to order. Why else would they be burnt on the outside but cold in the middle? I don't understand.
