Romeo's Pizza

Waited two hours for a kebab and two cheese and chips, for it to then arrive cold. The salad on the kebab was pitiful.
I understand that it might of been busy, but some form of communication would of been nice, since no one answered any of the phone calls.

I ordered a margarita pizza after a night out, paying £7.50 expecting something delicious, moist an cheesy. However, I what I was presented with was far from desirable...

It was burnt, dry and I received rude service (photo attached). I pointed out that the pizza was burnt, but understand that errors happen, and only asked for a drink to get me through it. I was told that it wasn't that burnt, it's not their fault but actually the automated machine, and the bottom of the pizza was actually fine and not burnt (aha what?). I tried a slice, thinking that maybe it wasn't as bad as it looked, but it was awful.

They wouldn't give me a drink, or another pizza, and sent me on my way. I have previously never given a negative review, however failing to own up to their mistake annoyed me. I would not recommend Romeo's pizza.

Food arrived 1:30 mins late chicken burger still frozen inside chips and cheese stiff like cardboard pizza was so solid it could break windows

Just stopped to get a chicken wrap and was absolutely disgusted. The person that took my order, counted the cash and then wrapped the wrap with bare hand, no gloves !!!!!! Did not even clean his hands before preparing food. Absolutely disgusting 🤮

Fantastic , first time ordering and could not fault the food , red hot and sooo tasty.

Garlic bread was good but chicken and chips was standard. Prices are not bad. Would get a pizza next time

I ordered a pizza,donner kebab and a kebab wrap. I only ate 3 slices of pizza and 4 bites of the wrap. My wife ate half of the kebab. It wasn't good. We both had bad stomachs the next day and couldn't get off the loo.
Absolutely terrible. Waste of money and cost me a day's pay. stay away.
I certainly won't be getting anything from them again.
Very disappointed as they used to be good.
If zero stars was an option that's what I would give.

Absolutely awful service.
Made an order for delivery and they said they would delivery to the hotel we were in. The delivery driver then left it in reception and said to the women ‘this is for the guests’ and left so she didn’t know what room.
When we called they said it had been left and they had called us even tho they hadn’t. Then said they didn’t have our number even though they had ‘called’ us. We asked for a refund and the man for very angry and said qe had to bring the food back. The guy was very rude, aggressive and threatening.

Avoid at all costs.
