Pizza Hut Delivery

Awful store, awful customer service and awful company as a whole. Pizza turned up late, looking like this. Apparently waiting 3 weeks for a refund is totally acceptable.
No wonder they're struggling. Back to dominos I go!

Yo you guys need to do better. Honestly. Regretting my £17 right now. The least you could do is serve people good food. My pizza arrived here in 10 ‘mins, indicating it was pre-made & heated up. Huge dough and no cheese. Soo from now on Domino’s will get my money or any other pizza joint for that matter. If you guys don’t care, just close down 🙄

Delivery was on time, order was correct but that’s where the positives end. The pizza was ‘ok’ at best. I feel I could do better with a shop bought oven jobby. Won’t be ordering again.

Terrible pizza; as per other reviews my pizza was sat in a pool of oil.

Secondly we'd ordered something totally different than what had arrived.

We will use our local independent pizza restaurant next time, we have let slip here and paid the cost.

Way too much tomato sauce everytime I want Pizza Hut I am forced to opt for my closest branch but next time I’m getting Papa Johns because at least then I won’t be scraping truck loads of tomato purée off of my pizza.

Every time I order pizza from this hut it’s always slathered in layers and layers of tomato sauce. Are these pizzas precooked and heated up with sauce and cheese upon ordering because how is this excusable?
