Pizza Express

We went to Pizza Express Ipswich yesterday for lunch and the service we received was absolutely amazing! Straight away we were greeted by a lovely lady, Paulina I think she’s the manager. She showed us to our table and helped us decide on our food options! We left very full and very pleased! Will be definitely returning in the near future!

Lovely waterfront location of this Pizza Express Branch. However, I was disappointed with a very slow service. Pizza came very cold. And there are tons of beggars around that makes impossible to enjoy the atmosphere. Disappointed with cold pizza and really slow service.

Lovely staff - friendly & helpful.
Superb service - food very prompt.
Food excellent - would be good if Pizza Express do an option for smaller portions.
Only drawback is there is no parking anywhere near to the restaurant.

Have to stay in Ipswich for work and the waterfront has a number of options for an evening meal. Staying at the Premier Inn opposite means it's easy walking distance. Popped over, didn't have a booking and they could fit me in without an issue. Book ahead though if you are a larger group or out at tne weekend. Service was excellent food was hot and arrived quickly. New menu with different options, to tempt you. Ideal for my needs, will go back.

Great location on the waterfront, lovely views of the marina. Efficient and friendly staff. Good choice of pizzas with vegetarian and vegan varieties. If you want a quiet meal go later once children's parties are over!

Great setting, along the Ipswich Waterfront.
Sit in or outside options available. Good quick service, and the King prawns were delicious.
The mixer soda and lemonade drink could be labeled better, as it comes as two separate bottles and you get charged double to the listed price.
Overall a nice evening meal out with the Mrs. Would recommend, keep up the good service👍

New menu , good options nice location on marina waterfront . Service slow busy Saturday but not a issue. My food was good . Sadly didn't have new beer they was advertising. Reasonably priced

My husband and I ate here recently and enjoyed our pizzas. We hadn't been to a Pizza Express for years but were pleasantly surprised by our experience. We both had thin crust pizzas rather than the thicker dough pizzas and would recommend them. Staff were friendly and the view of the marina is lovely. I'm not a big fan of chain restaurants and would normally choose an independent Italian restaurant/ pizzeria but this was nice.
