After waiting an hour for asap delivery, I called Pizza Hut to enquire as to where my order was. To be told I had received my order, to which I clearly hadn’t or I wouldn’t of been calling them. They then realised that my order had been delivered to a neighbours house and offered to send a replacement order to me for free. How is it for free when I had already paid but due to their incompetence did not receive. To make it sound like I am being compensated, I then had to wait a further 30 minutes. So a total wait time of over an hour and a half, then to receive a rather poor quality and tasting pizza. I feel you’re service and product quality terrible along with you’re customer service. I cannot believe they tried to make out I was being compensated with a free pizza due to their lack of incompetence. I am highly disappointed.

They sent me the wrong order, wouldn't refund it, hung up on me and would not answer my call to try and get a refund for their mistake. £26 on one pizza, they got it wrong, but refused to replace it.

Went to collect and the order was wrong, waited 10-20 mins extra to find out it was wrong so I waited a further 10 mins for them to cook the correct order. Ridiculous and nobody answer the phone never ever . Staff seems to be very rude always in the order everytime something missing.

After waiting a hour for delivery there was a pizza missing from the order placed. It then took them 10 minutes to answer the phone. They sent the missing pizza 30 minutes later with a couple of free sides. Garlic bread wasn’t bad, everything else was terrible! Heavy doughy pizza and rubber like skin on the wings. Never again.

Food always delivered on time and hot. Staff seem very polite and friendly. The pizzas are always generously topped and delicious. Satisfied customer. Would recommend. Thank you.
