Ordered Pizza through Uber Eats and was directed to Broad Street Pizza Hut. Wrong Pizza's delivered, no sides and after waiting 20 minutes for the staff to answer the phone, I explained what had happened and the guy was quick to dismiss me and tell me to ring uber eats. I told them that uber eats told me to call the branch, and the staff member said, and I quote, "What do you want me to do?" So, as you can imagine, the conversation escalated and the pig put the phone down on me. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!

Not possible to give zero stars otherwise I would have. Second time I've ordered from this place and second time they've managed to screw up the most simplest of orders. Absolutely useless - DO NOT order from this branch. Can't even call them because the number is either disconnected or hasn't been updated.

Poor food. cold pizza. very dry bread. not tasty. unable to get through to their phone. I think someone was cutting the phone deliberately. The line was just ringing and later cut off. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS BRANCH. I will not relent untill I get my full money refunded. I will take this issue and complain to any lenght as I worked very hard to get the money spent.

If only I could give 0 stars. Place is the worst run takeaway joint I've ever known, let alone a Pizza hut. They never turn anything offline so you place your order and receive a phone call 40 minutes later saying they don't have 3/4 of your order in stock. When you cancel it you have to go to customer services for a refund, who "investigate" and get lied to by the restaurant saying they sent your order (they also mark it as delivered on your order confirmation page). Had to go through my bank to get my money back from these fraudsters. Staff barely speak English and to make matters worse mumble on the phone and that's when they actually answer as they're notorious for not answering their phone. Will forever be going to the pizza Gogo around the corner who are miles better.

You guys are really bad at delivery! Not the first time it happened. How can I order a medium pizza with garlic crust and you send me a square pizza?... Literally a dog bite! I'm not going to touch this But I am going to bring it back to you tomorrow, with my actual order!

Pizza Hut in Broad Street Dagenham is one of the best Pizza Huts great service, food always hot and fresh.

Got 2 large pizzas delivered. Delivery was fast, delivery driver was nice BUT when the pizza came oh my gosh it was amazing! Normally I don’t get pizza from this branch but I’m so glad I did! Pizza was hot like it was fresh out of the oven (unlike some other branches) and was so tasty! If I could rate 10 stars I would, honestly RECOMMEND!
