Pizza Hut Delivery

Ordered a vegeterian pizza. With no tomato but with added chicken.

They managed to not add the tomato, sadly couldnt work out adding the chicken...

Also no tango bottle. Yeah basically good luck to anyone brave enough to deal with these guys.

It was late. They were burned. When I rang, no refund, no vouchers as it was Xmas Eve, and because it’s Xmas Eve ‘it’s busy’ and implication was shut up and put up. Worst pizza ever, worst customer service ever.

The pizza was dry, so the toppings fell off. If someone doesn't know how to make pizza, don't do it because the client doesn't want to eat anything. I will not order more and do not recommend it.

Used this pizza hut a few times and pretty much every time it has been very late and with that came poor customer service.

Been waiting 3 hours for the delivery. Been on hold for over 60 minutes with no sign of a delivery or phone answer.

Ordered at 1852 still waiting at 2039 for food to be delivered. Have been trying to call store for 15 mins now no answer.

This is the 2nd time this has happened thought I would give them ago as it was over two years since I ordered from PH. Terrible service will never order again or recommend to anyone.

Order at your own risk you have been warned. If you can go out to the supermarket and buy from there would be much quicker and cheaper

Best Pizza in the town.
I was ordering 2 nights ago and i put a wrong address but the driver was so helpful,he rang me and he manage to find my house.
Also the food was hot and very tasty.
Will order again for sure.

Poor customer service. Don’t respect the customers at all. The manager can’t understand the English which is written on the meal deal. I got a meal deal for 3.99 till 4.00pm. It is a small pizza with a drink. The lady manager said that the small pizza doesn’t come with a drink. I had to argue to take the drink and finally they asked me rudely to wear a mask to take the story in a different way. Poor customer service. I never go to that store again. Thanks
