The food was excellent however some minor details were forgot when serving the food, e.g., no fruit coulis with the dessert which was stated on the menu to have, so it looked bland. Although staff did correct this once spoken to.

Disappointing experience. None of the wait staff were very 'switched on' - taking orders wrong, not being familiar with the items on the menu, giving us food to eat without any cutlery, taking drinks away before they were finished, bringing the wrong order to the table etc. We planned to have three courses but left after the main course due to the experience. The food was okay but not great - the dough balls were tiny (half the size they normally are), the arancini was way too soft, and the pizza bases were too soggy. All of this was happening off-peak when there were only three or four full tables, so they weren't exactly rushed off their feet. Hopefully standards improve once they move premises to the Brewery Quarter.

Excellent meal. Ordered garlic bread, two classic pizzas (pepperoni & margarita) and two desserts - chocolate brownies. Special mention to our waiter, Jake, who was provided us with great service. Total bill £54. Lovely period location but unfortunately I believe they are moving location very soon

Wow our first time in this branch in Cheltenham. We had booked for early evening. Our host Andy was so helpful and asked about allergens etc. The lovely young lady Tali who looked after us was amazing. It was very busy around 6pm and the restaurant was full. There were people arriving who clearly hadn't booked and were being impolite but Andy kept his cool and explained no tables available. I wish I had an Andy and a Tali in my business they are great ambassadors for the Pizza Express

I recently got back into deep pan pizza after a long hiatus. It's difficult to beat Pizza Express, possible but difficult. The jalapeno dough balls were new to me and really fiery and tangy. Great interior architecture, a Recency home I'm guessing. I'll be back😀

Better than the old venue but still pretty mediocre

Pizza fine. Drink came in a glass half full and that too mostly ice. No condiments etc available. We asked for chilli oil and they brought us a tiny bowl of olive oil with a few chilli flakes at the bottom that tasted of nothing. Really slow service, considering it wasn't even busy.

Got greeted by a happy and welcoming gentleman. Then had to make hints at staff about ordering and getting the bill. Staff stood behind us gathered chatting away, while other customers were waiting and looking at them wanting to be seated or served. We found the food not worth the money we paid and would of rather gone to prezzo across from them.
