Pizza Hut Restaurants

Parking: lots of space with 5 hours free parking

Service: service is very good. The manager runs about. It looks like she is doing a great job.

Food: was good.

They don't really want you here. Food was ok, but customer service left a lot to be desired.

We arrived early evening and, although the restaurant had empty tables, we were ignored by staff until I had to call across to a waitress (who, like her colleagues, had been avoiding eye contact) to ask if anyone was free to seat us. Some time later, she came back and told us it would be a 5- minute wait. A few minutes later, another waitress told us it would be a couple of minutes.

We were seated and, after a while, our order was taken. This is where the disenchantment set in ... The waitress returned, to say there was no sparkling mineral water, and did I want still, instead. I asked for tap water. She looked confused, but returned with a glass, saying I could fill this at the machine, and that there would be a charge. I assumed she meant I'd have to pay the same as for bottomless soft drinks.

We waited a long time for the pizza - which wasn't really a problem - but we were only halfway through - and still eating steadily - when the waitress reappeared, asking if we wanted a takeaway box. We said no thank you and continued our meal. If it was not for what happened next, I would not be writing a review. Said waitress reappeared again, while we were eating, and with pizza and garlic bread still on our plates, asking if we were ready for the bill!!! It was 8.15pm and the restaurant closes at 11.00. The restaurant was not full, and we were not being rowdy or otherwise antisocial.

I don't know if all the waiting staff are so insensitive and/or poorly trained, but we will certainly not be visiting Pizza Hut again.

As a postscript to end the story of the tap water, while waiting for the pizza, I went to the bar to ask again for tap water, for which I did not expect to pay the same as bottled. By chance our waitress was at the bar, but did not seem to recognise me. When I explained what I wanted, she admitted that she had been mistaken, and that there would be no charge for water from the water dispenser.

Awesome. What a great deal, stuff ya face with enough pizza to sink a battle ship for under a tenner. Absolutely mobed with people but who cares it all adds to the ambiance of a good busy pizza place. Go there today you won't be sorry. 🎉

So poor. Cashless and order online only, but don't worry they still accept tips they say! Um what was it the staff actually do anymore again beside cook a pizza?!
Smashed glass on and under table for kids to roll in. Dripping oil hot as the sun rubbish. No potato salad for the evening apparently even though we were there for 6.30pm.. chaotic sticky loud messy, so fun!!

We have visited here multiple times. Generally the service, food and cleanliness is of a good standard. The service received has been friendly. One issue that arose on a recent visit was that the duty manager had turned the ice ream machine off at 2030, which meant us and other customers who had ordered the ice cream factory were not able to have. Another staff member was apologetic and agreed that it should not have been turned off, however the manager refused to turn it back on. Instead he had to scoop us ice cream out of a tub.

The speed of service was fantastic, the server was helpful and extremely efficient. The food was hot and was replenished regularly. The whole restaurant was very clean.

Very disappointed booked to go here last Sunday with my family turnt up at our time to be told it was card only no cash accepted yet nothing on their website or even at the store by the entrance to suggest this so basically turnt us away because we couldn’t pay on card we then had hungry/ disappointed children at 6pm and had to go elsewhere at least could have said when making the booking but nothing really is stupid!! How can you refuse money is money just crazy so be warned all

This is a a great Pizza Hut. The Cleanliness of the restuarant, efficiency, value and quality of food and helpfulness and politeness of the staff are all Top Drawer. Ace.
