Great pizza as always and on the app for £6.99 at the moment , what's not to love ! Great clean environment , quick and easy.

The service is actually very good even though its appears like the staff don't know their roles.

The food is typical PE and I have no complaints. However the drinks were cold.

We didn't want to ask. Someone needs to just monitor what's being served. It's fairly obvious when you feel the cup on the table.

Fantastic service and delicious food. We had my 6 year old's birthday party here and it was the most amazing experience - Morgan was excellent with the kids and they all thoroughly enjoyed themselves. Thanks to Mita for looking after us so well. I was surprised at how reasonably priced it was for a kids party and such a special experience.

So, so awful. Cannot get the basics right. Lighting? Bad. Cutlery on the table? Nope. Easier to steal it from c another table than get anyone’s attention. Offer of pepper after serving up pizza? Forget it. Ample staff milling about but no one asks if everything is okay (hence this review). See Tripadvisor for more reviews. I wish I had!

Food was nice but service not great, not the waiters fault as only seem to be two serving, so I think they were quite rushed. There was a big table full of noisy kids and and they were running around licking the glasses and cutlery on other tables that were set for new customers. It was sooooo cold in there, we all kept our coats on throughout our dinner. It was -1 outside this evening and it felt warmer outside than it did inside. Also it seems a bit grubby, like it needs a good clean and updating. £90 bill for two adults and two kids, prices have definitely gone up. Bit of a shame as it was my birthday meal with the family. Sadly don’t think we’ll be returning anytime soon.

Last night I been to celebrate my daughters birthday and we had a lovely evening.
The food was delicious and the staff was lovely, whole staff sang happy birthday to my daughter and they make her feel special, so I'm grateful. We love pizza express. We been service by a lovely waitrose called Jessica, she did an amazing service, we're pleased. Jessica and the rest of the staff deserve a 100 stars. Thanks for everything.

Had a lovely last minute meal here this evening. Being a coeliac I ordered gluten free dough balls and a gluten free La Reine pizza.. I had to ask our waiter if the dough balls were definitely gluten free as they were so good! Super soft and tasted just like "real" gluteny bread, I'll go back just for them! The pizza was delicious too, as were the two glasses of wine! The restaurant was quite loud and it was difficult to have a nice conversation with my partner but we did visit on a Friday night and in the grand scheme of things that doesn't matter as everyone seemed to be having a good meal/enjoying themselves. Will definitely return!

Poor service the whole place needs a good clean from tables to floor
very cold inside so if your thinking of keeping warm in the winter while eating go somewhere else

Disgusting avoid at all costs
Prices have also increased I wouldn't mind if the place and service was a lot better
