Ate in, waited 10mins, came out piping hot. Staff really good and we enjoyed the view!

Ordered two pizzas and a tub of icecream here as an end of week treat. Driver (late teens/early 20s, curly hair, glasses) arrived late and was rude, with one pizza crushed and smushed up to one side in the box. Garlic dust was applied very sparingly on both pizzas and they were kinda bland but enjoyable enough. However, the icecream was missing (driver told us "i dont know call the restaurant") and after 7 calls i managed to get through to them. The person i spoke to there was lovely and apologised profusely for the mistake, offering a bottle of pepsi free for the inconvenience. Same driver arrived, handed over the icecream, told my husband the "pepsi was in the car", then got back in his car and drove away. Overall super disappointed, driver really let the whole situation down.

Ordered our food at 19:37, expected delivery 20:10-20:20. Got to 20:30 with no sign of delivery, called the branch no answer. Tried 6 times, clearly ignoring the calls as no answer then just goes through to 'we can't connect the call right now' not even a pizza hut voicemail! Finally the food arrived at 8:45 with apologies from the delivery driver - not his fault. Food was cold. Had to reheat as again we could not get through to the store to inform. Shame as we ordered food last Saturday from the same store and it was great!

Overall experience was third world. Old crumbs and dirt on seats, tables and floor, no soap in the toilets, no cutlery apart from plastic spoons, staff service non existent. With store hygiene this bad, I wouldn't trust the food again.

Absolutely useless pizza place in whole world. It took nearly 2 hours for them to deliver. No one answers phone this store. This store either should be shut or train bloody staff. Pizza was cold too. Store Manager and area manager should be shame.

A very modern and clean Pizza Hut in Colchester. Always gets my order correct and always has it ready on time. I hope to sit in soon and use the facilities, but for pick up or takeaway, I can easily recommend this place. Nice location, staff also seem nice too. 5/5 stars.

Late delivery. No apology. Food not in keep warm bag and therefore cold. Very poor
