Pizza Hut

Disappointing. Pizza was nice but we couldn't use the QR code thing as we dont use Facebook or Twitter. We sat there helpless far ages until someone finally came over to help and even then we felt like they thought we were a hindrance to them. They all got bad attitudes.
Then the toilet was disgusting. Water all over the floor and toilet paper everywhere. Then found out no toilet roll left. We won't be returning to this branch in a hurry.

Great place for pizza lovers. The staff is very polite and friendly. The food is delicious 😍

Food was delicious, however my daughter waited close to 40 minutes and I only got my pizza when she’d already finished hers. The glasses for our drinks didn’t show up till we were halfway through the pizza and the sides (which came with hers) even after approaching staff multiple times.

This Pizza Hut team gets it right at busy times! We left another hyped up restaurant for poor service and came here last minute; we were seated promptly, had glasses for the drinks machine within seconds of ordering, food arrived in under 10 mins and was cooked perfectly to spec (I used to work at another Pizza Hut so I know!) and the servers were constantly on it, moving items out of our way, checking up on us. Great work all! I like Pizza Hut because I know what I’m getting and this was no exception:)

if pizza is your thing and you like pizza hut then this should be a satisfying visit. the pizza / pasta buffet is great. the salad bar is the same - at last I could compose my own salad,and refill at will. ice cream machine is a nice dessert, and all is refill-able, which is great

This was my first visit to this brunch. First impression just entering there-
I loved decoration lights!
Staff was very friendly and helpful: the boy who was cleaning tables, the waitresses Tracy and Snehal. They kindly helped to place the order and pay with voucher. They all were polite, helpful and supportive.
All service was great!
Pizza was AMAZING!!!!

Salad bar was poor. It could have more choices as other branches do.

Toilets were very very bad. The doors need to fixed and locked. Cleaning should be better.

Vegetable pizza was awesome, and side dishes were free. Ordered small vegie pizza which was enough for three person.
Side dishes were included Corns, chips , salad , tomatoes, and pasta.

First of all I have to state that the quality of my take away pizza and garlic bread was outstanding. Generous topping and great flavours. Basically a total different product to my local one.

Anyway, the low score is due to the lack of Deaf Awareness by staff. While I was waiting for my food a customer came in. A man (manager?) approached her and without making eye contact or greeting her, asked her if she paid cash or card. The lady didn't respond and the man got a bit impatient. He repeated his question. The lady then gestured for it to be written down.
I know some British Sign Language so signed if she was Deaf. She confirmed and I interpreted, but the man had lost his patience and already walked off. Leaving a friendly waitress to sort it out.
Incredibly disrespectful to the customer.
