Pizza Hut Delivery

After waiting 50 minutes (delivery said 35-45) I called and was told they had not received an order from our address. Told the woman I ahd a confirmation email as well as an order number. Was told that didn't matter and to call customer service. I ordered via their own website not a 3rd party one. An hour and 20 minutes later a delivery guy turns up with a receipt and our pizzas. We had to turn him away because we'd already sorted another dinner by then. 2 really not impressed kids who wanted pizza! :/

If like me you've recently moved to the area & discovered Pizza Hut still exists in 2019, and you are tempted to put in an order - please don't as heaven forbid you need help from the store! The app obviously didn't share my tweaks to my pizza, which really is no big deal at all, but when calling the store & being left on hold for *minutes* I was shouted at by the manager whilst trying to explain obviously it's an app to store issue and to try to find resolution & he promptly hung up on me! Considering how many nice restaurants there are in Upminster & Hornchurch there's really no need to put up with this. However - the delivery driver was lovely, my sympathies to the staff having to work under this manager.

After waiting 2 hours for food and contacting both the restaurant and head office to chase my order. Still being told 15mins. That's 3 times of being told 15mins 20 mins apart. Absolutely disgusting service.

Repulsive place. The staff are vile individuals who lack basic customer service skills and who will be out right rude too you if they make an error. I ordered a pizza from them and called up too see where my pizza was as it had been over a hour and a half since i had place the order. They told me they hadn't even sent it out and that they only had one driver. When i asked to cancel and for a refund they said refused to give a refund and told me i had to contact customer support. They then gave me a false number for them and lied saying that they where shut as to put us off from getting money back. Both the person who answered the phone and the stores manager where beyond rude and unprofessional. Have had issues in the past with this place but since i made order via the app i did not know it was coming from them. Both the staff members who i spoke with are not fit too work with other human beings and seem too lack any sense on how too speak to people let alone customers.

I would give this place 0 stars but that isn't an option. Avoid ordering from them at all costs. Do yourself a favour and order from Dominoes or Papa Johns in Elm Park.

Placed my order on the pizza hut website on the 2nd July 19 when a notification appeared on screen to say my order was unsuccessful and to call them direct to place my order which I did not do and decided to order elsewhere instead. only to find they had taken my money and put my order through even though they told me my order was cancelled when I called them to clear up the mistake that was their fault the manager didn't want to listen he just began to shout refusing to tell me his name and contact details for head office aswell as refusing to tell me how to get my money back I have been in touch with head office and was met with the same hostility I have made a formal complaint against the manager and requested a refund as I have now lost £43.25 to pizza hut and just to be clear I didn't even receive anything and have still not received my refund a month later honestly I feel like I have been robbed and would advise anyone intent on eating hear not to do so and if you do DONT PAY BY CARD if something goes wrong you WILL NOT get your money back for at least a month if at all.

evertime i order theres a problem. no cheese in stock. Rude girl staff. large pizza but topping on medium pizza, edges left empty and when complained she said its meant to be like that. If its meant to be like it then why do i get nice pizza in the pizzahut reataurant?

This is the only branch of pizzahut in upminster and its not doing well due to bad staff. very disappointed.

Horrible Manager. He definitely took his negative emotions to work that day, he was completely out of place. I don't think I want to eat pizza hut for a while because of this guy. I will rather go without than let him serve me. I had to record him on my phone to show part of his terrible behaviour. # avoid at all cost.

Service has REALLY declined over the last few months. Many times I could not order by phone as the store did not have enough drivers, and simply refused to answer calls. This store prioritises its web orders. Avoid.
