Pizza Hut Restaurants

The manager dismissed us at the door. No smile and uttered "wait here a sec" Then another member of staff served us (she was more friendly)

When me and my wife had full size pizza, my child's kids one was burnt (see picture)

The manager brought it over and said "do you want this?" Like, why bring us over a burnt pizza if you know there's a chance we won't want it? It's burnt obviously not!

We said no, so my child had to wait while we sat with ours going cold (he didn't like the toppings on ours to spicy he just wanted plain cheese)

His new Pizza arrived (not burnt this time), they took the old one back without asking. No apology from the manager, no price reduction for inconvenience. No apology from the girl who served us. This was meant to be first day of school celebration for my child.

Last time we will eat here. When we left not one apology. Not sure why we were treated different to the other people there. Thumbs down.

Hungry while enjoy your time in Leisure park? There is nothing wrong having lunch with pizza and also bbq chicken wings. Taste good when its serving warm. The salad are great. Not so crowded when i went here. Possible was not weekend.

Over priced rubbish, half the salad on the salad bar and floors and chairs were dirty and covered in food from previous dinners. Sorry but if your going to have price increases you have got to pay the staff to do the jobs they are there to do, not take more money and cut the staff down.
Probably not going to visit pizza hut again for a while.

Had to wait around 30-40 mins but then to find out that we had to order the food ourselves through an app! What's going on, where's the service! Food was ok though used to be really nice but may think twice if we have to do this again x

Nice place does get very busy. Food good. Eat as much as you like £19 just under. But must keep eye out for fresh pizza coming out.

Way too noisy and disrespectful service. Tried to ask how much it would be and the server rolled their eyes. The pizza was nice however I wouldn't revisit as it was anything but stand out to any other fast food. Definitely one of the worse controlled pizza huts. Servers looked like they didn't want to be there.

The food was too good, staff was also good but manager he was too rude. He was discriminating us, he was criticising us and our country. Because I and my friends were India. Especially he asked you people are from south India and was making fun of our hometown. He started shouting for using mobile. We didn’t expect this from Pizza Hut. We are really disappointed.

Ice cream was cold 🥶 my pizza was hot 🥵 my Pepsi was bubbly 🫧 my tomatoes were red 🍅 apart from that the food was amazing
