Pizza Hut Delivery

I ordered from here for my mum on Mother’s Day made and it was the biggest mistake as the quality of the food was not good at all the pizza was cold seemed like it wasn’t cooked as it was very chewy and the garlic bread just tasted like bread it has no taste what’s so ever along with that they don’t give you any dips even with a big order however when I went into store last time to collect a pizza they gave me 3 dips for free so I don’t know how that works. I would want a refund for the quality of the food and service to add to that the food also arrived 30 min late. Would not recommend spending money on this.

Ordered a pizza for a few friends. We ordered and collected instore.

Pizza wasn’t tasty and felt like it wasn’t cooked. We stood in store to eat the pizza as it was freezing and we were hungry. The man at the counter did the pizza was fine and cooked as per their standards.

The next day we all fell ill with vomiting. Needless to say never visited again.

I hope I can rate in minus but I don't have that option staff are not friendly taste but how can I say taste it's tasteless please try to avoid this pizza hut store and try in another store pizza hut is good but not this one worst experience

Made an order for delivery, the delivery guy didn’t even get off his bike to knock on the door, and was about to leave when I shouted for him to come up, put of the order was missing, and they only offered me a refund, no compensation, nothing.

We ordered 3 pizzas from them via the normal website. 2 large and 1 small. We received 3 large pizzas. I called to complain to them and after having speaking to the manager he blamed me for having the wrong order, saying it's my responsibility to check the order on the email! I even showed the delivery driver of there mistake! I would think twice about ordering anything from this place! Very poor customer service! They don't have a clue about customer service and just blame the customer for the wrong order when it's the own staffs fault! If I could I would have given them 0 Stars!!!

Very Poor Customer Services!! Don't Waste Your Money!!!

Manager Masood extremely rude couldn’t operate the terminal to place the order. One of the worker has to show him how to do it.
When I was collecting the pizza I asked him for a topping he said I have to pay for it. I have never met a rude manager like him before.
Pizza was terrible please keep away from this place.

Terrible service, food was late, under cooked and cold once arrived. Management have no interest in resolving issues we were just told to bring food back and take it up with Pizza Hut customer services (who say take it up with the branch). Better off going to Dominoes !!!

My family and I like to try new flavors and visit different types of restaurants, so every weekend we liked to ate out. However, due to the pandemic we have been making our own food, which is great because you eat healthier and save a lot of money. So, when we were eating out we sometimes had some issues with the service because some waiters were rude. Also, sometimes the amount of food was less than what we expected for the total amount of money we paid.
