Pizza Hut

Came here on Sat about 6.30pm - young staff were friendly, efficient and polite. Pizzas all good - arrived quickly and piping hot and lovely desserts. Good food, reasonably priced with excellent staff and lively atmosphere.

The staff are lovely here but it was a quiet time of day. Ordering on the app or table service is easy and straightforward. The salad bar was full and the order came quickly. Only thing I would criticise is by the time we had got the salad the sides arrived and the pizza. Everything went cold quicker than we could eat it.

When I really want good pizza I go to Pizza hut. It's always been my favorite place to go. But upon my last visit I ordered to take out. When I received my order my breadsticks were burned. These are me and my son's favorite because I like to have them with a homemade salad. This was not a good experience for me. I don't understand how they did not know because they even smell burn when I opened the box. And the marinara sauce was only about a tablespoon in the cup hardly enough for five breadsticks. Very disappointed.

Went for evening meal. I had salad and the Goats cheese pizza on flatbread, really tasty. My daughter had the chicken cheese feast, large, so large she brought half of it home. The food was great and the service excellent. Not much of an atmosphere though, no Xmas decorations in sight, disappointing considering they had a kiddies birthday party at the time.

We visit Pizza Hut every couple of months. The staff are very friendly and helpful, whilst remaining professional, which is great. Staff have always been flexible about our needs as parents of an autistic child. And we find the food of a high standard and plentiful. Its good value especially when you have a discount code.

Excellent customer service from all staff who were extremely helpful and kind! Got the Big Sharer for £29.99 and chose the Meat feast pizza on a deep pan as the main and it was really delicious. The side of chicken bites were nice but nothing special. The jalapeno poppers were something different and tasty although by the name I would have expected actual jalapenos and not red peppers inside but still satisfied.😄 Got unlimited ice cream as one dessert which I loved as it tasted really fresh and natural. Took the other dessert -chocolate brownie home as we were too full there 👌Enjoyed the unlimited salad bar with plenty of choices and different complementary sauces available! The only downside I have about this restaurant is the seating areas for two (picture of seats added from Google Images but from this specific restaurant). You sit from shoulder to shoulder about 20cm to the side of the other person with a wooden divider that isn't tall enough at all. This is way too close and you don't have the privacy to talk with the person you came with and neither do the people sat at the side. I noticed that we were not the only ones that had an issue with that as others seemed to have felt in an awkward position too when they couldn't enjoy their evening due to this. Luckily we managed to see an empty one right at the end which didn't have other seats on the opposite of the divider so that saved our evening. Please think about adding like an extra glass dividers on top in between these as this would really help to improve the experience for your customers 🙏

Food spot on, really enjoyed the meal.... Pizza cooked nice, sides hot and fresh. Service not the worst.

Cleanliness of the place it's self....
Well let's say dust thicker than the hair on my head on the signage, toilets wet through, toilet cubical itself needs a good scrub!
Didn't really feel as though one of the severs wanted us there, seemed very pushy, asking if we wanted to take out desserts away.

Shame really as I enjoyed my food....

Very polite and informative staff from the moment you walk in. Only accept care currently. Was quiet when we walked in lucky us. Lovely selection of pizza and pasta was absolutely scrummy. Toilets clean too.
