The food is nice, staff are friendly, and the atmosphere is usually quite calm. As all food places have, this pizza Hut has busy and quiet times. During busy times I would understand service being a little delayed, however at my last visit, there were only 3 groups of people (including myself and friends) in the restaurant, but service was very slow. However, saying this, I would still recommend this restaurant to people, and would go there again myself.

Tables uncleared due to large parties. Ordered tea and the waiter said it would have to be in cups as teapots all waiting to be washed. Service good and staff friendly. Salad bar depleted almost nothing left to fill a small bowl salad bar uncleaned as was the ice cream counter food and sweets everywhere. Absolutely no staff the staff on duty were rushed off there feet. Pizza and garlic bread very good Mac and cheese not very nice at all. Tasted stale and was not cooked enough.

Impressively bad service. Ordered a vegan pizza which came with pepperoni on. Waited for half an hour for starters only to find out they had been accidentally given to another table.

Impossible to find any staff to clear or get the bill or order dessert so left pretty sharpish after finishing.

Will not be returning.

I will say that the food here is lovely and that it is also nice and quiet, but that does not make up for the fact that we had to pay in excess of £60 for pizzas and drinks!

A lot of money for what you get and perhaps even bordering on not being worth what you pay for. Make your own mind up about if you think that spending that amount of money on pizza is worth it, in my mind it definitely isn't!

Poor service, waited hours b4 waiter came over to table to take initial drinks order. Didn't see anyone until we eventually cornered someone how selves. Poor selection of pizza in buffet . Had to ask for more to be brought out. Salad had all run out. Ice cream machine not started up which was then turned on and children were given bowls of sloppy cream not ice cream. Then we were charged full price for ice cream that kids couldn't eat it was so runny. Staff were rude and had attitude. Tables were dirty hygiene standards poor.

It was good but not enough pizzas been cooked and quite often we had to wait for next bunch to be cooked. Also pepperoni pizza which most people eat they only do 3 slices at the time which 3 people out of 4 party eat so eventually kids got bored so we just left.

Poor value but lovely staff. Tiny salad bowls. Tiny dessert portions for 6.00!

Pizza hut is a nice budget dining experience. It's really geared more towards children than anything else. Even the salad feels like it's geared towards kids.
The wings and garlic bread are very nice starters. Their variations on cheesey bread are always a little lackluster and samey, whether it be cheese bites, or sticks or whatever.
Pizza is obviously the star of the show. Probably the nicest pizza available from any chain. Certainly feels less heavy and greasy than others.
Service was standard. Nothing beyond but not lacking at all either.

All in all a nice experience for a family, wouldn't recommend for a group of adults.
