Pizza Hut Restaurants

Fast service and clean restaurant. The staff seated us and took our order immediately. I had the vegan individual set meal which was cooked fresh, and the vegan cheese actually taste like cheese (both taste and texture). I would come here again.

I understand that given current circumstances with Covid that restaurants have to adapt but I feel that offering this as a salad bowl (see picture) replacement to your well loved salad bar is disgraceful!!
This is a green salad!!! Some shredded iceberg, carrot and 3 tomatoes!!!!
You can do so much better.
To say I was shocked at what I received last night was an understatement.

I must say though that on a positive note the service was excellent.

Stopped of here to break up a long car journey. I remember when eating at Pizza Hut used to be a great value for money. Now it just over priced and dull.

The salad bar has cut back on loads of thing they used to have and the pizzas are very mean with toppings.

This particular place has decided to cut back even further by not even hearing the place (most customer had coats on tonight) and making you use the app to order, they even want you to tip before you've had any kind of service to decide if its worthy of you hard earned cash.

Next time I'll try and find a good independent restaurant that likes to serve you and heats the place!!!

Nice place to visit. The salad bar is not so far from the tables and it is properly illuminated. Specially the round tables.

The kids love doing things for themselves; drinks, salad bar, ice cream factory.
The staff in Lancaster are brilliant. It's a super place for a family to dine for the evening.

Clean and really good food. The salad bar and unlimited drinks are a fantastic plus to the excellent pizza. Not the cheapest place to eat but you do get what you pay for.

Friendly staff, engaging with us but not pushy. Offered advice and gave good quick service. Plenty of choice in the buffet and all salad was fresh and tasty. Clean and tidy restaurant.

First time we've been here for a while and we really enjoyed our meals. Kids enjoyed everything and even though it was expensive, the staff happily helped us redeem a voucher.
The customer service was excellent, the lady that initially took our order, finished her shift whilst we were there, but she made the effort to inform us she was handing us over to someone else.
We also had a problem with one of our meals, but the staff quickly resolved it and even offered us free dessert for the inconvenience. Really impressed with the professionalism of everyone and overall the experience was a pleasure.
