Pizza Hut Delivery

Zero score. Absolutely unacceptable service. An hour late, stone cold, kept on hold for ages after letting them know only to be answered with "what. Can I help you".... Place needs to be closed down.
No refunds issued and fobbed off to fill out the nonsense refund form online.

One of the pizzas was curiosity stale.. kind of impressive lack of service.

Disgusted with the customer service. Ordered 3 pizzas online and rang into the store to request for no garlic spray as we don’t eat garlic at all. The “manager” refused at first and then said they would “try” and there would be no guarantee as it’s automatic for them to put the garlic spray on. I pleaded with him as my nephew has an allergy to it and he still refused to note it down on our order i had to cancel the order and do a pick up from another store which was £5 more expensive then the online deal! The other branch had no issues with our order

Appaling.. We rang and placed an order. The guy on the phone took the order. When we got the there. They said there was no order placed. I had rang and confirmed and they said 20 mins. When we got there they said they didn't do those pizzas for takeaway. If they didn't do those pizzas. Why would you take the order?. We just wasted our time going all the way there. They said there was a new guy and he didn't know. Atleast they could have rang us back to let us know.

Called in just after 6pm on the 26th October to place a phone order but was asked to place the order online. I didn’t have access online as was driving but was told to call back in 5-10 minutes as they are really busy and put the phone down on me. Rang a different Pizza Hut and they took my order straight away. If I was the owner of the London Road Pizza Hut I wouldn’t be pleased the staff are turning away business.

Terrible place and terrible customer service. Shouted at me for wanting to change my pizza after they got my order wrong. Won’t be getting my coin again.

If I could give zero stars if possible. All the toppings on the pizza were sliding off when delivered. Rang to tell them, no refund, just email customer service.
