Napoli Pizza & Kebabs

Sadly not a great experience, I got overcharged however I was refunded when I challenged it. They then forgot about me but upgraded my pizza to a large then forgot about the salad I had paid for. I got most of the way home to realise that they hadn’t included the toppings on the pizza I’d paid for and the salad was not worth the £2.50 I paid for. The lettuce was old and floppy and sadly the red cabbage tired and old. I then found meat in my salad!!! I’m vegetarian so I’m very upset and shocked as there was no care. Very disappointed from my experience

A pleasant experience at this local kebab place. Staff was friendly and seemed happy to help. I stayed in for a meal, but they also offer take aways. A lamb doner with pitta bread was very tasty. Thanks!

I'm a guy who loves good service and I normally eat in here. It's not a gourmet place of course, but the service is really good.
The food, kebabs and pizzas (try halloumi on your pizza!), are excellent and you absolutely can not knock it.
You are treated very well here and the staff do their best to make you feel like you are served well and they are very welcoming.

Ordered though Uber eats , no update on how the delivery was getting on and I tried to call the restaurant who didn’t pick up despite them showing opening on Uber eats and Google food never arrived . If you after a pizza go else’s where !

My boyfriend just came home with a pizza that I was looking forward to enjoy. It was specially said "just a little cheese"... But my pizza is drowning in cheese! Please listen to your customers better. I tried taking most of the cheese off, but under all that cheese is soggy dough, few pepperoni slices, a see through thin slices of mixed peppers and few olives. Somehow the pizza is still burned 🤯 this must be some sort of a talent, soggy but yet burned! What happened here?? I'm not eating my pizza 🙁 oh, and BTW, you are NOT PICKING UP THE PHONE!

Ignore the reviewers with 1 or 2 reviews to their name and the local guides, they are all fake reviews. Nasty under cooked chips in pitta with salad for £4.50, not worth it and not nice had to bin it. No masks, hands touching money, tills and food. Fresh pizza used to be nice, but the hygiene is shocking.

Horrid tasteless Donner kebab ! Chicken had under cooked skin containing stringy substance, Lamb containing more skin than meat ,irritated NFG attitude customer service. Potions smaller compared to other kebab shops .
gave second chance as it’s under apparent new management never bloody again.
Highly NOT recommend, stay well clear . As for the food , Binned !

Went to this restaurant on new year's night 2023. I request to order a Pizza and they told me that they were out pizza dough. so we left the shop and later returned to get a kebab but upon arriving to the shop I see them selling pizza to another customer. the lady at the shop was extremely rude and giving attitude for no apparent reason, with the gentleman who was serving the kebab.
