Best Kebab & Pizza

Not had a takeaway in weeks, ordered from here not long ago. Checked reviews after ordering. Wish I checked before. Food hygiene rating is 1... Chicken nuggets were cold, rubbery and a little pink in middle!... Burger is rubbery too. Having to cook dinner as it went in the bin!

USES to be a really nice fast food shop!

Bought from here a few years ago and had a terrible experience with the chicken. Forgot that it had happened so inadvertently orders again tonight. Same problem.

Burger was horrible too. Don't bother

ordered “flip the bird”.
never again.
the chicken was dry and tasteless, so were the chicken strips.
very rubbery / chewy and pink in the middle.
tasted like it just came out the freezer.

salad in the burger was a joke. some of it was rock hard and the lettuce was slimy.

sweet potato fries were just burnt and the onion rings were crispy but just tasted wrong on so many levels.

the only things that were okay were the buffalo wings but they were absolutely soaked in sauce which i’m guessing had its benefit.

AVOID, AVOID, AVOID !!!

It's always nice is the food from here. I've eaten much of what's on the menu, I recommend the mixed kebab. The pizzas are very nice too.

Told me he doesn't accept card. It's 2022 for god's sake. Messed up my brother's other. Can't even get a wrap right.

Ordered some food from there through uber eats last night...
Basically placed an order at 4pm so delivery was expected between 4.35pm to 4.55pm
It was now 5.15pm and still hadn't received my order so I called the restaurant and was advised the driver was on the way and had left 5 mins ago????? A bit late for someone who placed an order 1hour 15mins ago.
Anyway... finally got my order at 5.50pm.
Nearly 2 HOURS after placing my order!

The food was horribly cold... the chips were stale .. the nuggets were cold... basically the chips we ordered went into the bin.. as they obviously do not taste nice if you try to warm them in a microwave.
Managed to warm my wrap up and donner meat after scraping the salad off it..
The nuggets did not taste fresh so they kids did not eat them.
The mix grill was super dry and tastless..

The only thing I can't complain about are the coke cans. They were nice and cold!

I called the restaurant to complain and even complained to the delivery driver..
The response i got from the driver when I said your 2 hours late .. was..
"Yeh ok.. here's your food"

Lol. Was kind of hoping for a better response than that.

The restaurant did not seem to care much either.

I will never order food from here again and those of you who are thinking of placing an order from here .... Good Luck... !
And be prepared to have your order delivered 2 hours late and expect it to be cold.. and do not expect to have great customer service from them.

I should have read the reviews before ordering from here.. seems to be a common thing.!!

Had a kebab deal, the greace when it cooled was like candle wax. The meat was grissley, slightly undercooked Donna meat cut too thick. The naan bread was flavourless and not fresh. Not a great experience 😕
