Yet another unsatisfied customer! how they even got any 4-5 star ratings is beyond me and funny how most of those haven't even written a comment.
My pizza was about half an hour late, barely warm, cold within minutes of eating it, had some sides which were cold too. I tried ringing in during my wait inwhich all I got were excuses and nothing to inform me of their Speed Guarantee policy which apparently gives you a voucher of £10 off your next order and needless to say the guy claimed it may not be used online which I couldn't see why. I contacted costumer service which told me I could use it online but instead I've demanded for my money back as I paid £10.50 anyway and was NOT satisfied with my food.
Won't be ordering from this restaurant again! Pizza Hut please train these staff!

Hi am new to the area. I have ordered twice in the last couple of weeks my 1st pizza I ordered online for collection for asap. I received an email saying it was going to take 45 mins before ready. I thought that was a long time so just went straight there. When I arrived 10/15 mins after initially order I arrived to my pizza already being ready and out on the side waiting to be collected. If I had waited the whole time they said my pizza would of been cold. Then I get home and my pizza is very undercooked,& trying to eat it was a joke as all the toppings fell of as I lifted it up. 2nd pizza hoping it would be better was a delivery. I opened to a cold undercooked pizza again. I ordered a half and half pizza as me and my daughter like different I had 60%/40% pizza. Not cool when your sharing. So disappointed as always been extremely happy with pizza hut until now.

Used to be a regular but never again. Ordered 2 Pizza's for delivery on Friday @ 7.20pm and my girlfriend has a dairy allergy so one pizza was ordered without cheese. The first pizza was absolutely fine but the second had cheese and toppings on one half and a smear of burnt tomato sauce and no toppings on the other. This also took an hour to be delivered which I can fully understand for a Friday night. We called the store at 8.30pm and told them of the mistake and they promised to re-fire immediately and send.

It gets to 9.20pm and we still have no Pizza so I call the store again, we planned to have an early night as we were driving a long way at 6am the next morning, those plans were slowly going out of the window. We called the shop and they told us the whole order had been refired and that they were waiting for a driver, a good thing really as the previous food was stone cold. Its now 9.40 and the food still isn't here so my dad calls the store and they promise its out for delivery. Seeing as the food has been out the oven for 20 minutes i expect it to be cold by the time it arrives and alas, at 9.50 we have our order. Drama over, we can eat; but the embarrassing performance doesn't end there.

Firstly the food was actually quite warm leading me to believe the assistant on the phone almost certainly lied to us.

And we open the Pizza boxes...

Pizza one: Supposed to be half veggie sizzler/half chicken supreme - no cheese. Arrives half veggie sizzler/half veggie sizzler/half chicken supreme - cheese on the veggie sizzler half (Luckily my girlfriend wasn't that hungry so half a pizza was enough)

Pizza two: Supposed to be veggie sizzler. Arrives a Ground Beef, jalapeno and green chilli pizza. The reason we ordered a veggie sizzler was because my mum is a veggie.

As we had to get to bed we reheated the previous veggie sizzler for my mum and I ate the ground beef pizza. The fact that a dingy kebab house can get this order correct first time but one of the largest pizza chains in the country, with a very sophisticated ordering system cannot twice in one evening is just plainly embarrassing. We will order Fish and Chips next time. £20 a week is probably nothing to Pizza Hut, but that's what they have lost from us.

I am absolutely appalled with the service. I have ordered from this specific pizza hut on many occasions & we never seem to receive what we ordered. Yes they may bring it out again but this means, for example today the wedges & dips didnt come at first so they send them out again but our pizza had gone cold by the time they arrived. we WONT order from them again

Stopped going here!

We had a stuffed crust last time and my wife has a habit of opening the crust before eating it but this time there was dust and smail hair in side it. It seemed during preparation the cheese string was dropped on floor and still picked up and used. Absolutely disgusting, we put all rest of the food in the bin.

I did complain online but never heard back.

Ordered on line at 4pm for a 7.30 delivery. Email confirmation stating that pizza would be with us before 7.30pm, 7.40pm phoned to see where delivery was, informed it had left 10mins earlier (the time it should have arrived) pizza was lukewarm and the jury is still out on whether it was actually cooked properly or not, very disappointed

Negatives stars are not available other wise you would of earnt 5!! So excited to learn there was a.pizza hut that delivered to us wanted to show my 16 yr old pizza hut sha he all over dominoes... on this occasion my son won pizza hut you failed me
Appalled ordered at 7.40 delivery agrees for 9.10 finally arrived at 9.45 after 2.phone calls and yes it was cold regardless of you heated bags.... disgusted...dominows a the way plus it was almost 25 quid for one pizza and tear and share between 2 of us tear and a
Share was dry as a bone.

I'm only giving one start as you can't give negative stars! Ordered for a 25 min delivery. Phoned an hour later and was assured it had left for delivery. Called another 20 mins later as it wasn't here and manager was indifferent. Finally refused delivery 1.45 hours after order and some 40 minutes after I was assured it had already left store! Called customer services and it apparently takes some 16 working days to process a refund - not acceptable! Do not use!
