Papa Johns Pizza

Meant to be half and half pizza more like 2/3s pizza. No quality control at this place. Such a shame as they were so good when they first opened. Would not recommend

Very poor experience here. We usually order online but decided to go to the shop instead since we were nearby. The server was very rude and cold, I think it would be better if you had a more friendlier person taking the orders. He was very sharp with us and gave me disgusted looks, like we were below him, you work for a pizza shop mate!

Since it was Tuesday we knew it was 2-4-1 I asked for pizza sticks 2-4-1 offer I got 1 box of pizza sticks, they clearly didn't want me to have the free one. Wouldn't bother going here again the service was awful. None of the offers were displayed and he didn't really care at all about customer service.

Order online for the same value and get the reward points too, with no rude service is my recommendation!

Grim. Undercooked chicken. Refused a refund then they claimed they had spoken to the franchise manager of Popa John's. Complete rip off. Dishonest, incompetent. The worst pizza. Just a bunch of thieves.

Staff have an attitude problem they don't even know what deals they have it's my first time at Papa John's not a good experience rather go to Pizza hut

Quick delivery and great pizza!

Me and my wife have always ordered from here but standards have been slipping gradually since they opened. its safe to say we will no longer be ordering from here ever again. We ordered our food and it took ages to arrive. when it finally came we noticed the sticker seals had all been broken and we opened the chicken poppers to find they had been eaten. I rang the manager for an explanation, he was really unapologetic and said that our order went to the wrong house and they opened the chicken poppers but realised it was the wrong order and the heat from the Pizzas must of broke all the other sticker seals on the other boxes and that the food was fine. When in all reality we basically received half eaten and played with food by complete strangers during a global pandemic. Absolutely sickening. Words can't describe how we felt. And to top it off he refused us a refund because apparently we ordered online!
PLEASE AVOID! I WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS IF I COULD.

Pizza made me feel ill. Not to mention none of the staff were wearing gloves whilst handling food. Like come on, were in a pandemic. We watched them handle people's food with their bare hands and then go on their phones without washing their hands or anything. It was absolutely grim. Only 1 guy was wearing his mask properly too and the rest were wearing them as chin diepers.

The food itself wasn't nice at all. The potato was undercooked and the pizza was disgusting. I would never go here again. Honestly this was a waste of money as I ended up throwing half the food out because it was that gross!

I chased the Pizza after 40 mins to moan as not delivered to find he'd accidentally clicked collection. The guy on the phone was really really cool and had it delivered it 👏 👌 brilliant service. Make sure you give them a try. Pizza 🍕 🍕 really nice THANKS.
