Waiting over an hour and a half for a pizza that should have arrived 40 minutes ago. Tried to call the shop 6 times now and still cant get through. Crappy service.
*UPDATE* After finally getting through we were told the pizza was out for delivery. We keep waiting. Thankfully geta refund from customer services. After another 20 minutes (nearly two hours since we ordered) I phone again to check on the delivery and am told that the pizza hasn't even left the store!!! Clearly they had lied to us when we'd called 20 minutes previously. The only excuse the could muster was "we've been busy". Nearly two hours since we ordered and no pizza in sight.
*UPDATE* Pizza arrived 2 hours and 10 minutes from order time. Pizza and sides are cold. 🤦

Don't order from here. One star is generous. Pizza is currently 45 minutes late, with no answer to repeated phone calls. According to their website if they're ten minutes late you get ten pounds off your next order. I suspect they never have to make good on that because no one goes back again. I've now ordered from a competitor.

I order from this pizza hut fairly regularly. If you've ever had Pizza Hut Delivery then you'll have a rough idea what this is going to be like as it's the same as every other pizza hut. The only issues I've had is a late delivery but this is due to high demand over busy periods. However, if your food is over 40 mins to be delivered, then you can apply for a discount on your next order.

Pizza Hut is not what it used to be. Delivery or click and collect is ok for occasional indulgence but the cost to pay for a poorer tasting product..... Essentially dry bread with toppings on it doesn't feel like a great deal.

I love pizza hut but this store is the worst. The dough is so dry and tough and we had one pizza come burnt and the other one anaemic. We ordered both with garlic but didn’t get it and the nacho portion was tiny and the cheese unmelted.
When we went to collect pizza we wanted to order a drink, the lady dumped the pizzas at us and walked off.
Charging same prices as dining out at a local pizza restaurant, but with a significant reduction in quality. Wont be returning.
