The lady at the phone was really nice, to be honest.
However, the pizzas we ordered went straight in the food waste bin:
The dough was not cooked properly for the one with standard base, and both of them had an awful smell, like out of date meat.
When we've noticed that, I took the pizza slices from our sons plates, as there is no way they were having that rubbish for lunch...
So we ended up with a huge dissapointment, a waste of money and 4 empty stomachs :/
Maybe it is not always like this, but we won't order again, that's for sure.

Poor customer service at this branch. Staff fully aware you are at the counter but continue to ignore you. They are more interested in continuing non-work related chit chat. A simple acknowledgement of the customer waiting would have gone a long way.

Absolutely poor service won't be going back and got to be the only fast food place that doesn't take cash ! Absolutely shocking 😳 sterling is still legal tender last time I checked

After 45 mins, the order tracker stated “delivered” but my order had not been delivered. Called the store and was told the driver has been instructed to leave it outside the property (which I had not requested) - there was nothing there when i looked. Store said they would deliver a ‘new’ order, 15 minutes later the driver turned up but the food was freezing cold, implying that it had been left out in the cold outside an incorrect address. Verbal apologies but no compensation.

Check your pizza before you leave the store it let the delivery driver leave. 3 times in a row they have got some aspect of my order wrong.

Pizza took over an hour and a half to arrive, and was not fresh when arrived. After ringing, I was told that the pizza came out of the oven over half an hour before it left the store for delivery.

During the pandemic I have had very little to do on weekends, this has lead me to feel extremely bored, instead of sitting in front of the television I decided to look for a part time job, (I actually work full time aswell).

I applied for the position of "Driver", I received a call abd agreed to work weekends at the Thornhill branch.

Last Saturday I arrived and went in to meet the manager, i had already worked that morning in my normal job the weather was beautiful and I felt happy to be out of the house. I introduced myself and was taken to the back room. (A little background about me, I have an issue where if I get up to fast in hot conditions I get dizzy and pass out). As you can imagine a small sweatshop kitchen with at least 8 people in was pretty warm.

The manager said that I was to start packing boxes. I explained the position was for a driver? The lady explained that because I was paid hourly I was expected to muck in (which would be fine if that was in the job description). I explained about my condition which the lady nervously laughed abd just looked at me. Feeling slightly awkward I politely declined the job and made an exit.

In fairness the manager was polite and staff friendly but I think a word to the senior management would be to tell the truth in your adverts, this would stop waiting everyone's time including your own.
