However, the pizzas we ordered went straight in the food waste bin:
The dough was not cooked properly for the one with standard base, and both of them had an awful smell, like out of date meat.
When we've noticed that, I took the pizza slices from our sons plates, as there is no way they were having that rubbish for lunch...
So we ended up with a huge dissapointment, a waste of money and 4 empty stomachs :/
Maybe it is not always like this, but we won't order again, that's for sure.
We have always stuck with PPJ but not good !!
I applied for the position of "Driver", I received a call abd agreed to work weekends at the Thornhill branch.
Last Saturday I arrived and went in to meet the manager, i had already worked that morning in my normal job the weather was beautiful and I felt happy to be out of the house. I introduced myself and was taken to the back room. (A little background about me, I have an issue where if I get up to fast in hot conditions I get dizzy and pass out). As you can imagine a small sweatshop kitchen with at least 8 people in was pretty warm.
The manager said that I was to start packing boxes. I explained the position was for a driver? The lady explained that because I was paid hourly I was expected to muck in (which would be fine if that was in the job description). I explained about my condition which the lady nervously laughed abd just looked at me. Feeling slightly awkward I politely declined the job and made an exit.
In fairness the manager was polite and staff friendly but I think a word to the senior management would be to tell the truth in your adverts, this would stop waiting everyone's time including your own.
