Mario's Pizza (Loughborough)

Don't go to this place, used to be good place for food during late night. Tried a chicken burger after half a year, the chicken was not freshly fried and the bread was cold, asked the staff to give some galic sauce but end up forgetting to give sauce. I had the worst burger in my life, had to throw it away after three bites

AVOID!! waited 2 hours, for delivery of just 2 pizzas and some chips!! AND the food never came

Trued to call Mario Pizza in Loughborough, No one ever picked up.

Really poor customer service. Order took nearly 2 hours to arrive. When did arrive tried to say payment hadn't been made although we had the proof. Would give a half or zero star if there was a option. Will not be using this takeaway again and won't recommend to others in future

Horrible delivery service. Waited for 3 hours for the food to be delivered which it never did. Called every 40 minutes with the guy telling me it was coming soon just for the food to never arrive. PLEASE NEVER order from this place. Horrible customer service too.

It was open in the evening on Christmas Day, which was wonderful! Ordered a pizza on-site, and despite them being very busy (many phone orders were being received), the pizzas and side orders were prepared quickly and were served hot. Most importantly, tasted great!

Took forever to arrive. Didn’t even give me part of my order. Chicken was pink. Imagine having to cook your own takeaway. Food did arrive after 2 hours but I’m wishing it didn’t if I’m being honest.

Attitude of the staff is disgusting. Ordered food for delivery, never arrived. Called to find out where my food was and was hurled abuse at down the phone by their so called manager who refused to give his name. I didn't even get to try the food, but if their customer service is anything to go by, their food would be terrible.

Waited almost 1.5hours for a pizza. We had to ring twice to find out where the food was and each time was told it will be arriving soon. There was no apology and instead the man stated we were being rude and hang up. Poor service, will not be ordering from there again
