Ultimate Pizza

Half an hour late. When we tried to call them to see where our order was the phone was turned off.

Turned up 2h5m hours after ordering. Called after an hour and half and was told it was just leaving, we are 5 minutes away! Food is cold. Go the Roberto's in Syston instead!

Highly recommend , food was amazing perfectly warm , quality was superb , excellent customer service and driver was super friendly . I will defiantly order on a regular basis , and the only takeaway I could find that serves decent bacon and mozzarella sticks !

Chicken nuggets for my son burnt and soggy so had been in microwave to warm up. Chips greasy and cold.
1st time this has happened. Normally great.

I moved to Barrow just before Christmas so during the holiday I decided to give this place a try. I have to say that the staff were extremely welcoming and very polite. The food was also excellent, hot and very tasty. I will certainly be going back for more.

Wouldn’t even give this place a star but had to otherwise it wouldn’t post, had pizza and chips 2 weeks ago they were burnt Gave it another go today staff were rude and telephone manners left a lot to be desiredwill not be ordering ever again and will telling everyone I know not to use them

Ordered a deep pan farm house burger and fries all of which was hot and delicious!

Awful. I have used these 3 times for takeaway. First 2 orders fine. Today I ordered 2 children's meals 1 that contained burger, chips and a drink. And another that should have contained chicken nuggets chips and a drink. The chicken nuggets came separate. No chips or drink. When I called to talk them they said they would refund me. 10 mins later knock on my door. The "manager" showed me his receipt for my order and I showed him my order on my phone. His receipt was incorrect which he admitted. Not my fault. He eventually gave me back £3 and when I tried to shut the door he had put his foot in the way so I couldn't close it and demanded the chicken nuggets back. Which my children were eating at the time. I told him to leave or I'd call the police and he eventually did. Awful service.
YOU made a mistake NOT me. How dare you not allow me to shut my door and refuse to leave? Will never use you again and I'm concerned you think it's ok to come to my door to confront me about YOUR mistake.
Do not use these awful people unless you want to argue with them about your order in front of your kids. Disgusting.
