Don't use these cowboys. Deliver pizza 2.5 hours early so it 'll have to be reheated. Refuse tonredeliver. Provide an excuse that the member of staff is too inexperienced to tell the time properly.

Ordered a delivery via their website and it didn’t show up. Called up and they said it was ordered for collection. I have a screenshot showing it was for delivery. I called up twice asking for a refund and was told the manager would call, but they haven’t, so I’m now out of pocket. Mistakes/IT glitches happen and that’s fine, but I should have had a refund.

I've always had great pizzas from here. The staff are friendly and the ingredients used in their food is fresh. Would highly recommend them. Collection is far cheaper than delivery, almost half the price.

amazing customer service, left me a note as they had ran out of garlic for my pizza and gave me an extra free drink as compensation. much appreciated as most places would just leave it out. lovely food, will definitely be using here again :)

I ordered from Olive Tree Pizza for the first time today. I have to say. I was impressed. It was good pizza and very reasonable in price. It was a little tricky to get my toppings across on the phone, so maybe some customer service skills would do them good😅🤣. But jokes aside, i loved it.

After 90 minutes the food arrived cold and inedible. After several attempts to call the take away and a pointless conversation with the “food hub” who organise this through just eats (don’t bother dealing with these people, it’s a waste of time!) and several more attempts someone did finally pick up the phone. Unfortunately it was only to say they couldn’t refund because they didn’t know how and the manager would contact me to sort it out when they got in. They never called back and when I tried the next day it was back to nobody picking up the phone. Disgraceful, if you want a cold inedible meal at an unreasonable price this is the place to go!
