Omg one bite of that pizza 🍕 and I fell back in my childhood! Best pizza in town for me good bye domino !!! And the Nutella think is amazing!!!! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

The food is really good and quite authentic (take it from an Italian), a little expensive and therefore only up for a treat there.
The staff, especially the lady at the cashier is quite friendly.
Very, very disappointed about the home delivery though. This evening at 8pm I tried online first & it would not work, then I called to order and after telling them what kind of pizza I wanted they asked me to put the order online which I did, but in the space of less then 5mins, by the time I submitted it the online delivery was no longer available, so I called again & they advised me that the kitchen was closed & they were no longer taking orders...I was furious by then, a total waste of time & efforts...they have definitely had it with me, at least with the home delivery 😡😡😡

Very yummy and authentic Italian pizza. Not too pricey as well. Would be coming back...

Me: "Hi, I'm afraid only half the pizza I ordered has arrived"
Arancina:"You have to contact Deliveroo"
Me: "Ok, so I contact Uber Eats and... But you've clearly cooked the wrong thing"
Arancina:"As soon as it leaves here, you have to contact Deliveroo, understand?"

Pizza is fine, good for Croydon. Customer service and delivery is a total mess, I won't use them again

Received the wrong food. The food I have received is burnt. When I called the guy was no help and hung up on me.
Horrible pizza. Horrible service. Will never order again. If I could do zero stars, I would.

Consistently horrific. How these idiots are still in business ill never know. Got a delivery a while back that turned up upside down and basically got an 'ah well, it happens' response. No offer of another meal, like any normal outlet would do. Nothing. Thought id give them another go picking up form the shop and it was absolutely stone cold. So annoyed i just chucked it in the bin. AVOID

The best gluten free pizza I've ever had! It's only a shame they don't deliver it. If you're allergic or celiac give it a try. You won't regret it!

Ordered a pizza from here though uber eats and they forgot the meat - ridiculous as it sounds but given the cost of it it's super disappointing as the flavour is nice but if I wanted a margarita with black olives I would order one. I ordered the paletta carnivora with extra black olives I think I would visit there but will never order from there again.
