Pizza Go Go

After a long hard day at work me and my partner wanted pizza. We ordered and when it arrived it looked like the pizza had gone through a car crash. The toppings were all over the place. Reading from the comments below it looks like it’s a regular thing with them. Definitely won’t be ordering again!!!

I ordered few pizziver the phone. They were pretty much what I ordered, punctual, pizza were looking very decent, delivery staff were very polite as well. Thank you

Haven't ordered from here in years, we fancied pizza for lunch.

Ordered a special deal, two pizzas of any choice, wedges and garlic bread, all for £20.99

Delivery time was adequate too.

Will definitely order from again.

Very disappointed with the service of this place, i called to order something i had ordered two days prior to this incident, 3 portions of Cookie's which cost £4 per portion, they turned around and said you have to order a pizza with it, so i was forced to order a fourth portion which took the price up to £16.

The driver came with one medium box, i was expecting 4 seperate boxes as they normally come in small boxes, 1 box per portion. Upon opening the box i was extremely surprised to see they were all squashed together like mashed potatoes! Also who on earth puts Pizza Sauces in a box with Cookies 👎🏾

Very Poor service! they've offered to refund me half the amount back after a lengthy conversation over the phone but haven't received it yet and have been told that only the management have authorisation to refund and it'll take three days.

I actually used to order from here alot, but have no plans to do so in the future 👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾

Stole my money. Ordered from here and the food just never turned up but on the website it said the order was complete. I phoned the restaurant to ask what had happened about an hr and a half after ordering and they said they hadn't started making the order so they'd cancel it. Still showed as complete on the website after this. No money has been refunded to my account and no email or anything to acknowledge they cancelled the order. Thieves!

Edit: in reply to the Pizza Gogo response below, I tried contacting them using that email address before posting a review but I am still waiting for a response. Maybe their social media team are more competent than their complaints team. Or maybe they just want to give the public impression they will do something about it instead of actually doing something about it

Very bad coustemer service. I have an order and don’t deliver. I call the shop and the “manager “ I don’t no who speak asking the driver here but no have signal.. I waiting 2 hours 1 pizza ! The app don’t see where is the driver . The “manager “ just repeats don’t worry bro don’t worry. I’m very upset! No have respect for the costumer’s. This is just pizza but have shop doing normal. Under the criteria!

Reasonable prices, food is great and didn’t take long, would definitely order again.

On multiple occasions (most recently at 21:30 on 31/10/21) I have tried to order by phone the £2.99 or £4.99 pizza that is advertised on the board outside but am told 'we don't do that anymore' or 'we've ran out of that size' which is clearly not true. Pizza Go Go Hornsey: if you don't want to sell pizza at the prices you clearly advertise then take the board away instead of lying to your customers. Disgraceful service.
