Pizza Plus (Woking)

Food is normally on time or early, and consistently hot and good quality. Food can occasionally be slightly on the greasier side but nothing too bad. Delivery drivers are nice most of the time, but drinks are consistently forgotten.

Placed an order of 2 small kebabs was told the price at time £13:90. They didn't want to take card payment strange as had done before..... Cash only. 😳 When driver turned up receipt was for the amount I was told over phone but he wants an extra £5 plus for delivery... Work that one out. I called and apparently someone made a mistake (not my problem) dinner for 2 went back or to someone else most likely.
Ordered from there quite a few times before. Never again as not only was the delivery driver (apparently the owner who has no manners or customer skills) oblivious then speaking to someone who couldn't care less and still wanted my money when I called to complain!

Absolutely disgusting. This was our first order from here. We ordered a pizza which was ok. The chicken nuggets were so hard and not edible, the whole order was covered in water from the condensation as if it had been sat for ages and the food was cold. I’ll not be placing another order. I rang to let them know my children wouldn’t eat the food and they could t care less and didn’t offer fresh food or a refund.

Was an hour late, didnt answer the phone after multiple attempts trying to contact them then when the food did arrive one of the pizza's were wrong. Not the first time this has happened but will definitely be the last.

i ordered a pizza burger and kebab for me and my mates and i have been on the loo and throwing up all morning today and all night last night will not be ordering from this place again not even worth a star rating

Good food, slow service, could use a renovation inside the actual shop.

I had ordered some chicken strips and I didn’t want to get to much because it was my first time ordering, but I will definitely be coming back as my chicken was delivered a couple minutes early, however I hadn’t received any sauce/dips or been asked if I would like any so maybe keep that in mind. Overall I will definitely order again and I would recommend.
