Severn Pizza and Burger Bar

My initial experience with them was not great. Before lockdown, a friend and I visited during the afternoon to find the door shut and locked with no sign or anything to explain why. It was open business hours including theirs according to Google. There was a meal deal advertised on the window that would end after 4pm and we wanted to take advantage of it. After some time, somebody came to open the door from outside, didn't apologise for our wait or explain why he was opening up now and told us the advert was old and that they don't do it anymore, to which I replied by telling him to take it down in that case and next time leave a sign to avoid wasting people's time. We went to Domino's a bit further up instead.

Since then I have ordered Kebabs from them and they have been cooked well with little wait time and good value for money portions. So, so far so good but looking at the reviews, I would suggest they pay attention to their customer service more because there are plenty of other places to eat from and even though the customer isn't always right you don't want to be losing any especially in this economy.

I am so annoyed because I asked for NO LETTUCE as I’m allergic but came with lettuce on. Asked for 2 wraps but only one has come. Also the “white cookie dough” isn’t cookie dough it’s like biscuits.so disappointed

The food was ok (small portions though) but the service was absolute rubbish. Took over half an hour over the latest expected arrival time. Everyone else had received and eaten their food including people who had ordered from the same place. Very rude person on the phone when we called to inquire. Avoid this place. Won’t be using it again.

Waited over an hour and a half lost the order, made the order again for them to not even deliver it !! Don’t waste your time

After waiting for an hour and calling several times our pizza, garlic bread and chips arrived. The pizza was tastless under the flavour of oil as we're the chips and garlic bread. My wife was telling me to cancel the order after waiting so long and I should have. This is the worst food I have tried and it went directly in the bin. Don't waste your time or money waiting for what I can only describe as oil based bread!

I made an order tonight through just eat. To which I placed the order at 2030, delivery estimate was set at approximately 2200-2225.
At 2330 I phoned as it had still not arrived to which the owner stated I was rude for asking and cancelled the order...

The worst service I have experienced from any restaurant. Absolutely shocking place and staff really need to get an attitude adjustment.
