Poor quality and undercooked food. Had to cook it in the oven then it was reasonably edible.
Slow delivery. Not worth the money.

Such rude staff- food took 2 hours to come after they constantly lied to me about delivery times when I would call and ask, was called a liar and was told the driver knocked and I didn’t answer (he didn’t). When I did get the food, it was cold and dry so I called up to let them know and was sworn at by the workers and told they want ‘nothing to do’ with me. Absolutely disgusting place that I would never order from again. Stay away at all costs it’s really not worth it. If I could give 0 stars I would. Horrible staff and horrible food.

Took 2 hours for food to be delivered, when called was put on hold for 5 mins for the call to be ended. Ordered food at 7:45pm, was dispatched at 10pm. Ridiculous, turn your just eat off and stop taking orders if you can’t keep up with it. Wouldn’t ever order again. Oh and staff are very rude, would rather serve customers in store that are still yet to pay then respond to the ones on the phone who have already gave them their money.

terrible experience. took 2 pizzas home and found 2 hairs. called the store and go laughed at and they purposely went quiet for 5 mins and ruffled paper on the phone do it looked like the phone wasn’t working. disgusting.

The worth pizza that I had ever tested in my life also sending wrong pizza which I wasted my money.

In the past I've been upset with the custom here and at times wouldn't recommend it. However!! Recently my partner ordered from here again as a friend recommended it and that times have changed and they wasn't wrong! The custom was great, quick and friendly and on top the food was actually really nice and was delivered in perfect time to say it was a Friday night and theywere busy. I would now Reccomend this place as we were very satisfied with the presentation and the quality of the food. Try for yourself if you fancy a quick tasty takeaway. I hope your experience is just as good I not better than ours were! Thanks Tops keep it up x
