I cannot praise this company enough. Lewis and his colleagues were polite, tidy, and professional at all times. The finish is flawless. The price was competitive, and their advice has been excellent. We had a completely new pressurised hot water system fitted in three days, with various other bits and pieces (such as a beautiful new radiator pictured). They removed all the old tanks, emersion heater and rubbish. Their quotation was clear and precise, and they have delivered on spec.

CPH just recently installed a brand new Central Heating System/Boiler and also a full Rewiring of our property. From start to finish, this company have been absolutely amazing. Communication via telephone and email has been excellent. They went through our quote more than twice, just to make sure they had everything and we were happy.
They were polite, punctual, friendly, happy, hardworking, very approachable with any questions we had too.
I couldn't have asked for more in a service. Martyn, Rob, Reece and Amy in the office were amazing. We appreciate the work they have done and thank them for setting up our new home exactly how we wanted it.

I will definitely be asking them to come back for future work.

This company was recommended to me 3 years ago and the recommendation did not do all at CPH justice. I value this company to such a point that I had them fit full boiler installations in three family members home. Its rare to have a company that is consistent in its quality of service at each step of the job. The reception staff are faultless with their politeness every time you call and nothing is ever too much of a problem. If the company tells you they will call back rest assured they will, so no hanging around. Each step of your dealing with them is clearly explained and no cheap quotes to get in your home then to find out all the extras, the quote team are honest polite and never any pressure to take on anything you are not happy with and the quotes don't alter. The installers are also always on time in company representative uniform and vehicles, every care is taken to keep your home clean and tidy and again you are involved in every step of the way. No loud music, no swearing, no mobile phones constantly ringing and at no time was we made to feel like the company were doing us a favour by being in our home, and hardly any tea stops. Sometimes reviews do go on as I have but this company deserves all the praise it can get due to the whole companies efforts to make sure your work is completed to the highest standard. We also have the company complete our annual service and again three years later everything is just as good, nice friendly e mail of a service reminder, times that fit with you and the engineers again are always on time very polite and professional taking care to keep your home clean. I have no connection to the company other than being a very very satisfied customer who would always recommend CPH. Thank you

Can be tricky booking a trade to do a small job. I called CPH after a recommendation from a friend and booked the job. The friendly plumber arrived exactly on time to cap off an unused gas pipe. The pipe was capped and tested within 30 minutes. Very happy, thanks.

We had Harrison from CPH come to remove our old heating system including radiators and a vented tank then put a new gledhill unvented indirect tank in the loft. He was excellent from start to finish - polite, kept us on the loop with everything and answered all my questions. The job was completed on time and exactly how i wanted it. I would use them again.

They are efficient, quick, very responsive and easy to get in touch with. When you call them they respond quickly and they will come and check the work to make sure everything is fine. I will recommend them to you. Very reasonable price as well.

From martyn giving us a quote to Becky answering our queries then reece and lewes fitting our new combi boiler and shower head, new radiators and needing electrical work done. All these jobs were done promptly and efficiently. Rates are competitive. Would recommend them.

DO NOT USE
I consider them crooks. After three visits they are not able to fix a dripping tab.

First lad they sent out didn't have a clue what he was doing, got his supervisor to come out to double check the job and was told that everything could be completed during a one hour slot.

Second lad came to complete the job and they do they missed two out of the three listed jobs (I was away from home during the time of the visit so couldn't double check).

The third lad said that to fix my leaking bath tap a new bath would be needed.

In total, I paid for 2 hrs and 15 mins for something that they promised would be under an hour.

From start to finish it took over three months just to fix one outdoor pipe and leaking tap. Please do not use. They waist your time and money. I feel like I have been robbed and consider them to be crooks. Don't let the professional vans trick you into doing business with them.
